Of all the Playa Bowls in Lehigh Valley, I find the Bethlehem one the most consistent in quality. The bases of their bowls are always of a consistent texture, they fill the bowls up nicely, and how they layer them is artistic. Most importantly, they taste great.

Grabbed a smoothie bowl for my kid off the menu and of course it was delicious with fresh fruit AND Nutella. For myself I decided to go with a protein shake. The staff was easy to talk to and explained the ingredients and easily swapped ingredients for me. Service was fast as well. Definitely sign up for their store card so you can get coupons.
