I was excited to stop by the Bethlehem location for the 9/4/25 donation promotion. I live in Easton and there’s a playa bowls near me but this promotion alert was specifically for the Bethlehem location. According to the notification when you donate 3 canned good items you would receive $5 off your bowl. My mom and I drove all the way to Bethlehem just to be told it’s only for a green bowl….nowhere in the promotion did it specify that particular bowl needed to be purchased for the offer. It’s disingenuous and disappointing. We drove all the way to the Bethlehem location just to not be able to take advantage of the offer. We still donated because it’s for a great cause but honestly we could have stayed in Easton and purchased without the $5 off and saved the 30 min drive in the rain.

Staff is ALWAYS quick & helpful when ordering or answering questions. I enjoy the relaxed & casual surroundings with a “beach vibe” in the restaurant. Every bowl I have ordered tastes amazingly fresh & flavorful!

Kylie is absolutely amazing and has the best front counter and customer service comes with a smile makes it with a smile delivers it with a smile and always says hello how are you have a great day thank you for coming and if she's not a manager she should be because she has all the makings of somebody who should be in top management position she could run multiple stores she has that ability with her and I couldn't afford to pay for all of my stuff because my card was not working and she made sure that I got my order and took care of it out of her own pocket which was very very unexpected and she did not need to do that but that is going above and beyond and giving exceptional customer service she is the making of high-ranking district or regional management 💪🏽❤️💯🫶🏽🙏🏽💎🫂👑

Was there August 2nd. Picking up an online order. Shop was completely empty, asked about it they just pulled it from the printer, fine. But as I wait these my order isn’t even being handled. Three workers excessively talking and even showing each other their phones. Just honestly very bad service. I would take the extra time and go to a different one
Everything about the place is super cute. The location is perfect and easy to find. The place is decorated with a beach or surfer theme throughout. They are friendly, fast and efficient. They have a ton of healthy and good options. They have signs all over to show flavors restrictions and discounts. Prices are in the middle and they have a section for seating as well as a restroom. Also a part inside where you can see how things are made.

I went in for the first time and I ordered the stupid cupid. I told the worker that I am allergic to nuts and sesame. I also said that I can’t have nutella (obviously). Bro said ok. When I got the order, it had nutella on it. They remade it but it took like 20 minutes to make. If you messed an order up, customer service should do that order first. Like why did I pay $14 for a bowl with a weird base, granola bits, and strawberries 😭 I didn’t even get it with all the ingredients. And someone tried to kill me so idek. When I got the bowl, there was some really weird white slimy residue. I don’t know what it is, but it was gloopy and if I could take an ingredient out I would. The texture was also like just so scandalous …I’m pretty scared 😐. And definitely disappointed
