I was gifted an absolutely gorgeous and stunning velvet cake. It was made beautifully with one of the most gorgeous decoration and frosting. The cake was enriched in taste, decadent, had the perfect amount of frosting, neither more nor less, moist, buttery, rich, tender, soft, not too sweet and extremely well balanced. The frosting melted in your mouth. Everything looked uniform and cohesive. You can definitely tell it was made from quality ingredients. Absolutely delicious and excellent presentation. What a creative professional and someone who is obviously skilled in her craft. It is also clear that Nicoletta puts a lot of care and love into what she does. Her custom cakes are memorable not only for their appearance but also for their taste. My boyfriend and I were completely blown away by her level of talent, professionalism, skill, and creativity.
