After going there Friday night, we decided to hit it again Sunday night. We had Jad, (spelling don't know) who was again super nice and remembered us from the other night. The food was again super and steak again was done to perfection, (no steak sauce needed for sure), the potato was even better this time. Highly recommend this place........

Food was fine. Pretty dead average all things considered. Steak was solid. My pasta was solid. Nothing stood out, but nothing was outright bad. Just what you expect. It’s very ok.

I took my girl to a Prime Steakhouse for prime rib and we ordered prime rib medium rare . Waiter came back and told us all that was left was a end piece that was medium well... This is at a place that calls itself a Prime Steakhouse

Food needs more seasoning and for the price the portions are way to small professional and courteous waitstaff I think I'll stay with LONG HORN their way better.

They always have interesting specials which differ daily. They introduce seasonal drink specials, but I always enjoy the prime martini.

Steak was juicy and have the fresh off the grill flavor. Crab cake, lobster and stuffed shrimp were delicious. The carrot cake I saw so many other good reviews on did not disappoint. Broccoli was blah. Will def be back!

Tonight was the first time my boyfriend & I have been here; We had reservations and were greeted & seated immediately. Our server, I believe her name was Deborah, greeted us in under two minutes & gave us excellent customer service. I have been serving&bartending for 6years so I am a tad bit judgement when it comes to service, but she impressed me our whole dinner! She recommended some type of pumpkin martini, honestly i don't remember what the name was but it was very good! We got the crab cake app, along with a sirloin & porterhouse for entrees. Everything was delicious & we felt very welcomed! Looking forward to making this our regular steakhouse!

Also side note: I'm obsessed with asparagus & it is soo hard to find good restaurants who cook it properly, the asparagus here was cooked perfectly & I'll definitely be thinking about it until I come back lol

The food here is fantastic and the staff are professional and courteous. I've taken my wife and three boys here for both lunch and dinner, and we've never been disappointed. If the prices intimidate you, try coming in for lunch. They serve delicious, generously portioned lunch special that will leave you satisfied. In short, it's a great steak house at reasonable prices.

Overall it was ok. The waitress took forever to come back during our dining. I felt like we moved in for night.

I remember when Prime was one of the best places in the Lehigh Valley, and I've been here many times in the past, so I thought yesterday - it would be the perfect spot to take my wife for our 1st anniversary. Sadly, the experience didn't live up to the memories. The ambience feels dated with dusty ceilings and exposed wires that take away from the upscale vibe Prime was once known for. We tried the 3-course special for $39.99, starting with the BBQ mac and cheese, but the sauce was thin and runny, sliding off the noodles instead of clinging—I'd recommend a proper béchamel base for more flavor and texture. The Caesar salad was fine, though nothing memorable beyond the fresh-shaved parmesan. For the main course, I ordered the Bourbon Glaze Salmon and my wife the 10 oz New York Strip, but both entrées were the biggest letdown. The glaze tasted like raw bourbon with no sweet or savory balance, making it unpleasant and overpowering, while my wife's steak came out medium-well instead of medium-rare and was so charred on the bottom that it completely masked the flavor of the meat. It's disappointing because the entrées should have been the highlight of the meal. While the food has clearly declined from what it used to be, I will say the staff were still kind, respectful, and attentive throughout the night, which was the best part of the experience. Unfortunately, Prime can prove us wrong within the future - but for now the quality just isn't worth the price anymore compared to what Prime was once known for.
