For many years, the Prime Steakhouse has been a family favorite for everything from a small dinner for just my wife and me up to large family gatherings for as many as 12 to 14 people. In the past, the food was always excellent and the service was great. On our last two visits, including last evening, the service was just okay, but the food was not close to Prime’s previous quality. The salad bar was the highlight of our meal. It was well stocked, visually appealing and delicious....

I was not satisfied with the food at all. I had the calamari and steak medallions w/crab meat. It was bland to me, it didn't have any flavor. My husband enjoyed his steak but his opinion on the calamari was the same. My daughter enjoyed her chicken strips and fries off the kids menu

Food was delicious. We had steaks, crab cakes and salmon. Waiter was very attentive but service was slow. The restaurant was crowded since it was Father's Day, and I am guessing service was slow due to this. 90 year old father in law enjoyed his steak and chocolate dessert.
