Horrible experience with PrimoHoagies today. We placed an order and only got half of it. My wife’s food never came.
When I called to make a complaint with the store a young lady (Andrea) closing the store (covering for Drew the Manager who initial said he would take care of the issue but left for the day) hung up on me repeatedly and refused to take my calls (hung up on me every time I called back nearly 50 times -See Below) and thus we got no resolve.

Ordered I. store and they still screwed it up! Tried to call to get the order corrected and the phone hangs up. Drove across town to get my order corrected and got an attitude from the employees about replacing the incorrect sandwiches. Never again!
I’m sure they don’t read these. Ordered two chicken cutlet, roasted peppers and mozzarella sandwiches. How does that translate into chicken cutlet, ham and mozzarella? And the amount of mozzarella was minute. Very disappointed in the sandwiches today, at the prices they charge it’s ridiculous. I’m sure I’ll never hear from them or get a credit or a free sandwich for their screw ups.
