I pretty much always order the same thing, and I won't be stopping anytime soon. I don't just come here for the sammich either šŸ˜‡. That being said, would be nice to be able to order some olive oil and seasoning to dip my sammich in.

I paid $15.99 for a HORRIBLE TASTING PHILLY CHEESESTEAK. Seriously, this sandwich is awful and should not be sold here. šŸ™„šŸ¤® The prices are a bit much. I have no problem paying for good quality food and good service, but this ain't it. Do better. Seriously. Do better. The sandwich should be off the menu. It's not worth the money.
Is the seeded bun, your only bread option? If not, please offer what other options of bread that you may have.

PITIFUL!!! This is what I got after ordering a TWENTY dollar cheesesteak. My boyfriend and I were quite literally SHOCKED when we opened it up. It ruined our dinner experience because we were in disbelief. I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I am including the advertised image for reference too!! DO NOT GO HERE, SUPPORT A LOCAL DELI INSTEAD.

Primo used to be my go-to for sandwiches close to the quality of NJ, but NOT ANYMORE! The service is HORRIBLE. Over the years, it’s steadily declined. It takes FOREVER to get through on the phone, IF someone answers. They send out promo texts and no one answers. What a joke! Too often than not, the workers don’t/can’t follow simple directions, and the sandwich isn’t prepared as requested. For the life of me, I can’t understand why you must request that a huge sandwich be cut in half. Who are they used to serving? Their prices have always been on the higher side. I’ll pass. They’re not the only shop in town.

Got myself a turkey wrap with no cheese and a little bit of russian dressing on it.
And they charged me $19.
I called corporate to make a complaint and they told me every Primo charge different prices!

Two weeks ago I went to the Primo in easton, Pennsylvania, 25 street shopping center and bought turkey wrap.
They charge me $14 with russian dressing. Highly don't Recommend the Primo in Bethlehem Pennsylvania off of Airport Rd. They are a Rip off. You're better off driving to easton to get a better price. Whoever owns the franchise should be Ashamed of themselves!

Just check out all their horrible reviews !
You can definitely tell this location hates their customers.

The food is usually right, and when it is the food is quality. Not sure if understaffed but be ready to wait for someone to notice your arrival.

Fairly regular customer at PH Catasauqua.
Received email for free primo size hoagie with any purchase for my BIRTHDAY.
Went to look for a code to order only to discover it expired within 7 days of email date (TINIEST writing, never even noticed).
I called the store, explained situation, asked if they would honor it since it was only 2 days past the original 7 days.
Employee immediately said no but then went to ask her boss since he happened to be there.
He also denied the request, said he’d give $3 off primo size sandwich.
Decent that he offered the regular Wednesday $3 off but imo could’ve made a better effort at customer service.
This is the same shop that made a burnt dried up cheesesteak on a to go order, which resulted in me driving all the way back for a replacement. It should have NEVER been wrapped up & given to me in the first place.
But I was understanding, forgave it.
But guess I now have to support a different location from now on even if it’s a little further from home.

I nearly dislocated my jaw trying to bite into this ridiculously overstuffed sandwich. Why would someone sell a sandwich so packed that it can barely be eaten. I couldn’t even fold the sandwich. It had to be eaten open faced style. And to top it off, I ordered the medium size (9ā€) thinking it would be a nice sized sandwich for a quick bite on the go. Not the case at all. It was a completely debilitating sandwich. I couldn’t even do what I needed to do today. I had to go home, ice my jaw, and sleep it off. So worth it

Broccoli Rabe tasted more like kale and sandwich was served cold. Little meat for a $14 sandwich. Bread was best part.
