Rakkii Ramen is a Japanese noodle house located on S New St. in Bethlehem. They are open every day from 11AM - 8:30PM.
I was here once a few years ago and all the food was delicious. This time around was no different.
I started with the noodle wrapped shrimp and Karaage chicken. The shrimp are deep fried and topped with spicy mayo and Okinawa sauce. The chicken is also fried and topped with sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. The Karaage chicken is my favorite item on the menu.
I tried the spicy miso ramen last time. This time I went with the tonkotsu ramen. It's made with pork broth, ajitsuke tamago, chashu, bamboo shoots, scallions, nori, narutomaki, and black garlic oil.
My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. She liked it so much the first time she had to order it again.
Service left much to be desired. Our server didn't introduce himself, ask how any of the food was, or crack a single smile. I would have rather ordered from a counter and just sat myself.
I've been going here for several months now at least once a month now. The food and drinks are amazing and the service is always quick which in terms to Asian customer service is always the case even in Japan directly quick service is usually the go to. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and the only thing I dont like is the chicken in the ramen bowl. Chicken idk just doesn't work it's always soggy or tastes weird I've had other people try it too. Chicken aside though my favorite go to is the spicy ramen with extra meat and egg. I'm going to keep this review short since overall aside from the small building there's nothing else to say besides perfect spot. 10/10 love Asian food lol....... Oh there is a sidenote actually they need to add more dessert options because that part of the menu is severely lacking variety wise

I loved this place. The food is delicious and not overpriced. The atmosphere is cozy and they have good music playing. This is a great date spot.
Chicken Fried Rice seemed not fresh because lacking flavor ; had to add plenty Sriracha to give rice some flavor. And rice was not served hot. Shrimp Roll was 99% tempura fried shell. And little else.
Server gave us cold treatment on our way out. Atmosphere was like servers.

I recently visited Talking Ramen and had a fantastic experience! I tried the pork bowl, and the pork was incredibly tender and flavorful—absolutely delicious. The buns were tasty as well, though I think a more flavorful sauce would have made them even better. I also had the green tea, which was delightful; it had a subtle sweetness that complemented the meal perfectly. I can’t wait to go back and try their ramen next time! Highly recommend this spot for a satisfying meal.

This place has a special place in my heart. I've been here multiple times and their food always tastes AMAZING! My favorite dish here is the curry fried chicken don. A must try appetizer are their chashu buns!!!
