Super fast service. Food is delicous and full of flavor. I've tried most items on the menu but my new favorite is the Japanese curry chicken bowl. I love taking co-workers and friends here for lunch. They even offer gluten free noodles.

We stumbled into this ramen shop on a rainy evening, and honestly, it was the best decision we’ve made. The ramen was incredible! Don’t even get me started on the karaage chicken, I tried it for the first time, and now literally get obsessed 🥰The staff were super friendly, too. Definitely coming back next time.

Rakkii Ramen is a Japanese noodle house located on S New St. in Bethlehem. They are open every day from 11AM - 8:30PM.
I was here once a few years ago and all the food was delicious. This time around was no different.
I started with the noodle wrapped shrimp and Karaage chicken. The shrimp are deep fried and topped with spicy mayo and Okinawa sauce. The chicken is also fried and topped with sweet and spicy gochujang sauce. The Karaage chicken is my favorite item on the menu.
I tried the spicy miso ramen last time. This time I went with the tonkotsu ramen. It's made with pork broth, ajitsuke tamago, chashu, bamboo shoots, scallions, nori, narutomaki, and black garlic oil.
My friend ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl. She liked it so much the first time she had to order it again.
Service left much to be desired. Our server didn't introduce himself, ask how any of the food was, or crack a single smile. I would have rather ordered from a counter and just sat myself.
I've been going here for several months now at least once a month now. The food and drinks are amazing and the service is always quick which in terms to Asian customer service is always the case even in Japan directly quick service is usually the go to. I've tried pretty much everything on the menu and the only thing I dont like is the chicken in the ramen bowl. Chicken idk just doesn't work it's always soggy or tastes weird I've had other people try it too. Chicken aside though my favorite go to is the spicy ramen with extra meat and egg. I'm going to keep this review short since overall aside from the small building there's nothing else to say besides perfect spot. 10/10 love Asian food lol....... Oh there is a sidenote actually they need to add more dessert options because that part of the menu is severely lacking variety wise
