Ordered delivery... the food was fantastic! Did not expect that from a pizza place. I got the baked potato soup and a salad with smoke goods and fig - outstanding. My husband's food was fantastic too and packaged well for delivery.

We ordered a Stromboli barbecue pulled pork Mac and cheese and honey barbecue wings Stromboli was very delicious bread was perfect and they put it in a cool design so very presentable my mom messed up ordering just cheese Wich is our fault but even without the meat or onions and peppers it was great the sauce was 10/10 also really helped make it just being cheese even better the Mac n cheese was light it doesn't feel like you just ate a pound of grease I felt a very satisfied fullness after I was done eating wings arnt my specialty so I can't review them but 10/10 I will be coming back

They don't really have seating, and they're designed for by-the-pie delivery. But I tried their cheese steak and a plain slice and neither redefined the genre, but was totally adequate and was at a respectable price

Cheesy Charlie is absolutely delicious! The owner, Jeff, blew us away with his kindness. He so quickly said "yes, of course" to donating food to Donegan Elementary for our Family Teacher Organization meeting. We are thankful that he is part of our Southside community. We can't wait to visit and order more pizza/Mac n cheese in the future! This place is a must visit!

I'm from Brooklyn and I happened to be passing through Bethlehem, PA. I checked out Cheesy Charlie since my family and I were hungry and I loved the name of the place. We ordered a large pie and buffalo chicken mac & cheese. The mac & cheese was very tasty. It had butter toasted crumbs that added crunchiness. The combination of the crunchiness, cheesiness, and buffalo spiciness made me salivate multiple times and it was like having a party in my mouth. The pizza was crispy with just the right amount of cheese, sauce, and spice. Since I come from Brooklyn, the pizzeria capitol of the world, I have a lot of experience eating pizza throughout the borough.I think that this pizza can seriously compete with those pizzerias. Cheesy Charlie is a small corner restaurant that can seat six diners indoors. There is outdoor seating at several cafe tables right outside.

Came to eat here to get a Cheese Steak Pizza and Motzerella Sticks. The red pepper was hard, and the Mott's sticks were overcooked. Everything wasn't really appetizing. Also, the manager was yelling at one of the elderly employee's. The menu was very limited. Will never come back. Before , Randy's was amazing, but since the new ownership, there not at all good. this was the second biggest disappointment of a pizzeria I've ever had in Bethlehem.
