Very friendly and kind staff but I was disappointed in the vanilla custard! It was lacking FLAVOR! It used to have a nice vanilla flavor but now it just tastes like nothing. I think Rita's cut costs and changed their recipe. Never again.

Rita’s down on Stefko is great HOWEVER I am very disappointed at them. I arrived today and asked for a large twist in a cup to go and instead I was brought a twist that was in a so called “large” cup with no lid to go. According to one of the employees, they ran out of lids and cups (assuming the large cups). I still paid the price for a large by the way. Very unprofessional on Ritas part. The lady employee however was very nice and approachable. Bless her heart. Hopefully this was a one time thing. An ice cream / shake spot should always have lids. Plus, the ice cream melted everywhere by the time I got to my car.

They need to not have it at two pm when school is going on in the summer it was an earlier time .
it was just amazing how it just melts as soon as it hit the tongue.
Rita's Italian Ice is a great place for frozen custard and icy favorable desserts. A++
Clean, service is great, product is good. Location is easy to get to, just doesn't present much seating. Maybe one or two benches and one picnic table. Co-located with a gas station, so long lines wait in the street. Keep an eye on littles.
