best breakfast in bethlehem. the workers are wonderful and the food is always fresh, delicious, and creative. this place gets very busy on the weekends, for good reason. only downside is the indoor seating can get loud and hot when full

A great, Goldilocks’ vegan meal. Not an f’ed up salt grease bomb—but ALSO not tooo healthy (you know what I mean). We reached our veggie and protein quotas, and it was better than we could make at home. They have lunch and breakfast-all-day menus. We got the Vegan Mary (b’fast sandwich), Alex’s Breakfast Burrito, and a vegan blueberry lemon ricotta pancake special.

Absolutely wonderful staff, the decor and overall feeling of the place is very cozy and comfy, while also being absolutely delicious and courteous! Very much recommend and I can't wait to come back for those Oreo French Toast!!!
