Gives New England vibes. The quality of food, the service, the ingredients, etc. All superb. We are repeat customers, and will continue to be. It’s difficult to find a true home cooked breakfast in the valley, but Roasted never fails to impress.

First time this past Sunday. Really cute place close to Lehigh. Staff was fun and friendly. Really nice inside and awesome menu. We had eggs, awesome toast, pumpkin pancakes, banana french toast great coffee - really great place and we will be back

I’ve been coming to Roasted Café in Bethlehem since I was a kid, and it’s still one of my favorite spots. Stopped in this past Sunday—free parking nearby (hack 👀). We sat down, ordered, and got our food super fast. I had the Wendy Omelet (absolute fire 🔥) and we also tried the breakfast burrito. Both were excellent, and the total was only $35 for two full meals and a coffee. Great food, quick service, and solid value—always a reliable go-to.
