When I asked for vegan chicken, the woman at the counterdidn’t know what I was talking about. So I asked for vegetarian chicken. She still didn’t know what I was talking about and said they don’t have anything like that. There are no mock meats on the menu. We still had dinner there since the main reason for stopping in Bethlehem was to go to Vegan Treats (2 blocks away). But we had the standard tofu and vegetable dishes that you can get at any Chinese restaurant. Everything is served in disposable takeout containers with styrofoam plates and disposable silverware so that was also disappointing. It’s mainly a takeout place with only 2 small tables.

First time here. Very friendly and good energy. The portion size was excellent and for the price even better.. Chicken wing was great. Rice could have been a little fluffier but overall had good flavor. But the crab Rangoon was the worse crab Rangoon I ever had in my life. So I took one star for that. It had a saucy filling that kind of reminded me of coleslaw. I was highly disappointed but everything else was good .. i don’t know if I’ll be back because I love me some crab Rangoon and idk if I can ever order Chinese with out it..

Moved to the area 3 years ago and wish I knew about this place sooner.
Family has been struggling with mediocre and overpriced Chinese food this whole time thinking it’s the best the area has to offer.
Tried Ruby Cafe tonight and it was frigging awesome!!!
Everyone loved their food, price was shockingly reasonable, workers were pleasant and yes, the kitchen looked absolutely spotless.
So glad we found Ruby Cafe.
We will be coming back many many many times.

Not very good at all, got general tso's with pork fried rice, I'm fat as heck and this probably my favorite meal from anywhere and I didn't even eat 1/2 of it. Chicken was soggy and rice wasn't firm at all and kind of tasted... Old? Basically was like if you microwaved some general tso's combo from a good place 2 days later. I feel bad for putting a bad review, I know it's hard out here but you gotta do better guys
