Only 2 stars because of price point but the service was HORRIBLE and we even witnessed the server stir up mashed potatoes on a guest plate with a utensil laying on a pile of dishes she was bringing to the back. The plate in question had just came thru from the kitchen and we saw this happen before our eyes, not bad enough she did this but the manager and server couldn't be bothered to be remotely friendly. Email to corporate, no response...call the store? And no answer. Definitely won't be back! Ruby Tuesday used to be good at one time, sad seeing how bad it declined

We were at this Ruby Tuesdays for dinner and the server Sabrina was the worst server I have ever encountered. She took more then 15 mins. to come to our table. We ordered drinks she had no idea what a tanguray and tonic was , the bartender there put a mudslide in a martini glass . Then we got appetizers. And she brought one of the. Two we ordered . Our food came out with our 2nd appetizers, and was brought by manager and the hostess Kayla who was great and a huge help .. You would think the Manager knowing we were already unhappy would of come back to check on us , but she did not . The food was over cooked n horrible. The only highlight to our dunner there was Kayla, she seemed to be the only one with a clue as to what she was doing. . I will never go there again.. .. Thank you Kayla for all your help .

Our first time here in quite a while. Our waitress Gail was very patient with me as I ordered one thing and changed my wishy washy mind for something else. She was great. Kept checking on us to make sure we were good. The food was good.
