Went to schoenersville Bethlehem saladworks today usually have the most pleasant experience there but today they didn't give me any salad dressing for my salad. I'm usually not one to complain but the salad was for my sick wife in the hospital and since I got to hear it so will you ladies!!! I mean what am I going to do with a salad with no salad dress shaking my head. And what makes matters worse is I tipped them.

This is my 4th time ordering from this place and the 4th time they’ve messed up order!! I don’t understand how hard it is to not forget the pasta in a Bentley salad!! I’m tired of paying the prices for food that can’t even be right !!

If you're willing to pay $15.00 for a salad that you can make yourself at a grocery store salad bar, go for it.
Came in at 730 on Monday 9/23 and asked for 2 grilled cheese sandwiches and a very snarky rude awful woman with the most attitude I have ever experienced barks at me that I absolutely can’t have that because she couldn’t ring it in and I haft to order something els so I ordered a tomato basil panini melt with just bacon cheese and break with red peppers and spinach and asked for no tomato’s on both sandwiches witchshe wrote down she then with more attitude proceeds to make 2 sandwiches with out cheese and added tomato’s spitefully worst experience ever and I will be back to the store to tell someone about them selves

I’m not one to usually leave a bad review. However, I’m new to the area and found this Saladworks on my daily commute. I just left there and let me tell you- it was terrible. Totally unacceptable. When I first entered, there was a young employee taking the order of a couple. She had their orders looking great! The portions were generous and put together well. When she was putting together my order, all of that enthusiasm and good customer service went out of the window. Not to mention she was all of a sudden a bit passive aggressive. I ordered two create your own salads with an add-on(no meat or any kind of protein). These are the most pitiful looking and tasting salads that I’ve ever had. Not to mention that she left out one of the add-ons that I paid extra for. I even double checked with her to make sure that she added it and she assured me that she did. The waste of $36 is unfortunate but the waste of time is even worse. I won’t be returning.

The atmosphere at this location is nice, but the food needs to be worked on. I arrive to get food around 3 pm and the food hasn’t been replenished from lunchtime, and it should be. Also, a lot of the prepared vegetables like roasted broccoli, Brussels sprouts, butternut squash and grains for a grain bowl are either undercooked or overcooked constantly. It makes it’s hard to get the salad i want, so I just settle for unprepared vegetables. I wish things were right at this location because I live in Bethlehem, but I drive all the way to the Allentown location because they are the best and fresh food is constantly replenished throughout the day as it should be.
Please do better here.

The entire experience was friendly, welcoming, and absolutely delicious. The freedom to pick and choose what goes in your food without judgment is lovely

11:50am, lunch time Tuesday, 1 single employee (who wasn't breaking any speed records, perhaps understandably out of frustration) 3 customers in line. This is a joke right? Sorry but yes it's hard to find employees to work, but if this was my franchise I'd be in there myself. If this is a corporate owned store then you need an area supervisor or manager to fill in a bit. No excuse for this. You should be lucky that people have enough disposable income to eat out and support your businesses the least you can do is provide good service. Went next door to Moe's.

I called before doordashing to ask about allergy policies. I have celiac so I cannot eat gluten and the food needs to be prepared with cross contamination in mind. I was sooooo happy when the person on the phone wrote down my name and said she would get everything from separate containers so they won’t have touched anything. Above and beyond and I’m so happy. Thank you!!

The customer service was horrible, I was greeted with an attitude after waiting for 5 minutes. I spent almost $100 on my order and I was missing an item and instead of being treated as a valued customer whom frequently purchase food at this establishment I was given an attitude, body shamed, discriminated against and harassed on my personal phone by the employee even after leaving the restaurant.

Got an unsweetened iced tea from the fountain and when it tasted moldy and nasty I notified the manager and she stated they just had a health inspection yesterday there for nothing was wrong with it and the wash the system every three days. Hopefully I don’t get sick from the bacteria in the tea!!!
