The customer service was horrible, I was greeted with an attitude after waiting for 5 minutes. I spent almost $100 on my order and I was missing an item and instead of being treated as a valued customer whom frequently purchase food at this establishment I was given an attitude, body shamed, discriminated against and harassed on my personal phone by the employee even after leaving the restaurant.

Got an unsweetened iced tea from the fountain and when it tasted moldy and nasty I notified the manager and she stated they just had a health inspection yesterday there for nothing was wrong with it and the wash the system every three days. Hopefully I don’t get sick from the bacteria in the tea!!!

Always have my favorite salad ready to order. Location is ideal too, close to home, close to work. Lobster bisque soup is good too.

It was something different. Similar to Panera but with a Salad bar. Portions were a good size. Buffalo panini was eh. Lobster bisque was good.

Only location that is left for many miles. Decent selection of salad items and on the pricey side but if you are looking for a salad this is the place go come to.

Thank you Salad Works for giving me the whitest, cheapest lettuce available. Sure does not look like the signs you use to advertise. Servers could be filling the case too so it looks presentable.

Salads are best towards the end of the week. Monday usually has wilted, brown lettuce and soft, mushy tomatoes. I'm assuming the product sits over the weekend as it seems like this is more of a weekday, lunch spot.Parking: Parking lot is crazy. There's a Starbucks, so it's usually crowded.

Ordered a Create Your Own Salad with Romaine lettuce and White Pasta as my base. The young girl who was working there used her gloved hands to put the lettuce and pasta in the bowl instead of the tongs that were available. Lettuce was not fresh at all and when I asked for fresh lettuce the girl answered by saying “there is enough lettuce here for your salad.” My salad consisted of one handful of lettuce that was not fresh and one handful of pasta. She basically refused to put anymore lettuce as well. That being said, they do not properly use the measuring spoons available either when putting the toppings. I had requested black olives and she did not fill the measuring spoon either in which my salad had about 6 slices of black olives. DO NOT recommend this location as the staff is rude, salad bar and restaurant is not clean, and ingredients are mixed with each other which is a contamination issue. Contacted Customer Service about two weeks ago and have yet to receive a response.

Never would I ever thought I'd look forward to a salad for dinner. With all the toppings to choose from, I do now! And the lasagna meatball soup is amazing. Who says healthy eating isn't fun?

Servers, COVER YOUR HAIR!!!! Why should I spend $23 on a salad for there to be hair in my food!??? Also all the cross contamination at that salad bar!!! The pasta is in the greens, pieces of Buffalo chicken and breaded chicken mixed together. Veggies mixed with other veggies. Ridiculous!!!! Absolutely will NOT be returning!

Always fresh and delicious! The owner is also very sweet and accommodating!

I just arrived home with a grain bowl. The toppings (fresh vegetables, cheese, tofu, etc) are all fresh and delicious. I take a scoop mixed with the grains and begin crunching. Yes crunching on my uncooked rice and quinoa. The fact that the grains are raw is absolutely unacceptable. How does this even happen? A refund would be nice as the product is not edible.
