Sibri's is a diner-like restaurant located on E Broad St. in Bethlehem. They are open every day from 6AM - 10PM.

This has been my go-to spot ever since I moved to the area. The food and service are always great, and their prices are very reasonable.

As far as the menu goes, everything is good. My favorite items to order would be any of the wraps or the Sibri's avocado salad.

Sibri’s has indoor and outdoor seating. Pickup and delivery are both available.

I’ve never seen a greater decline in any establishment in my entire life. I once wrote this place a 5-star review. My husband and I ordered from here three times a week for like two years and loved it. My review had went from 5, to 3, to 2 and now 1. Now we use it as a “last option” and just hope for the best. It disappoints every single time. I think this was my last time ordering. The order is never correct. I ordered scrambled eggs and they were over easy. The medium rare steaks that both my husband and I ordered were OVER well done and dryer than a desert. The extra crispy hashbrowns were soggy. Years ago we used to order the same thing for half the price and it was correct and delicious. Everything has doubled in price and the quality has gone down tenfold. Even their delivery has gone to crap. Their old driver always used to have change. Now even when I specifically tell them on the phone that I’ll need change they never bring it. Last time I told them I’d need change for $100 bill on a $40 order. The lady on the phone didn’t tell the driver so I had to just trust him to come back with my money or wait while he ran back with the food and came back and then ate my food cold. How inconvenient for him and me! He was very sweet and came back but if the idiot on the phone had just told him it wouldn’t have been an issue. I hate to say it because this place used to be the absolute best, but RIP Sibris.

I’ve wanted to try this spot for a while and finally pulled it together mid week first day of winter over 50°. I have never, ever, felt so passively unwelcome or rushed, ever. While
Lovely and polite the server who took my order was so rushed and distracted i felt like my presence was an offense. I placed a to-go order. It was nice outside, I was happy to wait. but as soon as my order was done said server rushed me along (this was totally unnecessary they serve lunch and there were available tables). I ended up eating on the library steps, thankfully they gave me silverware. Along with that my order was wrong, my request for ice water was ignored, and frankly the only reason I’ll go back it because the grits were good.

Ordered on Uber eats. Food was absolutely disgusting. It was basically hospital food. My husband works at the jail and says the food there is actually better. PLEASE do not waste your money. I got the roasted turkey and New York strip steak. Turkey was like the kind you get in jail, mashed potatoes were the fake kind, the gravy was the worst part of literally tasted like rubber. The steak was disgusting as well. The salad tasted like chemicals, like the lettuce wasn’t washed. The corn also tasted like chemicals, but it was the styrofoam cup they put it in had melted. The only thing that was edible was the garlic bread. I’ve ordered from this restaurant before. I previously had the pasta with vodka sauce with was very good. It tasted homemade, they no longer have that on the menu though. Just the shrimp with vodka sauce. I had a good experience with the pasta so I assumed everything was homemade considering how much they charge per entree. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND WASTE OF MONEY.

We got the special combo breakfast and the breakfast burrito. Combo is pictured, eggs were thin, barely scrambled. The potatoes were ice cold, almost powdery when I touched them, never browned. The breakfast burrito just tasted like mush in my mouth. I just didn't like it and was suprised at the small size. I ate a 1/4. The waitress was nice but oblivious to all the food left on our plates. My bf paid and I was at the table. I ended up telling the waitress. Showing her the potatoes. She gave me a refill of my soda in a to go cup. And off we went. $35 including tip.

Nice Sunday morning breakfast. It is pretty reasonable with a good selection. No real maple syrup though.

Parking: Not a very large place.

My friend and I stopped by for lunch and was unpleasantly surprised. The only thing great about this was the atmosphere and the server. The rice/chicken soup was horrible, no flavor only salt and pepper, the ribs were well done however it was over saturated with bbq sauce it overpowered the taste. Worst part was my friend ordered a “steak” and was served a beef patty lol. This was brought to the attention of the server who seemed oh so surprised as what was on the plate. The dish was brought to the chefs attendant who advised the server that “that’s how we do a steak here” needless to say that went straight to the trash. Would never eat here again even if I was gonna pass out.

Found a gift certificate that was gifted to me. I know that I had it for a while, but there was no expiration date on it. Stopped by today and placed an order for take out. As I was paying the hostess said she wasn’t finding the number on it in their system. I told her I had it for a while and there was no expiration date on it. She checked with the owner and stated that she would not honor the gift certificate and would have to pay the full price. I said no and left. Be careful with gift certificates from there. I must say the hostess was very nice.

Ordered for delivery the driver didn’t even get out the car made me walk to him. The onions I requested I never got, the lettuce was wilted and the burger completely dry. I paid $22 for a gross burger that didn’t even have all the ingredients I asked for.

Sonia and the staff go above and beyond to make the customer feel comfortable and satisfied.
I was one of their first customers when they opened and never once have I had any complaints…..
In fact, their food and service only improves more and more as each day passes.
If you’re looking for a nice small cozy place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal, Sibris is the place to go.

I love eating breakfast here, it's definitely the best breakfast place in Bethlehem. The waitresses are very friendly and so is the owner.

Stopped in Saturday morning while visiting Bethlehem. We had a good, simple, “no frills” breakfast. My wife got the cream chipped beef which was pretty good, I got the meat lovers omelette with a $2 cheese add-on which was also good, just nothing there to make me say wow.
All the meat in the omelette was very finely chopped and the added on cheese might’ve been a slice, it was barely noticeable.
We left full, our bill was $34 for two people and their specials looked good so maybe I’d try one of those next time.
Staff was friendly, service was fast, and the restaurant was very clean. Parking is street parking as expected for being in the north side of Bethlehem but we got a close spot.
