Absolutely the best practice around St.lukes South Mountain Family Practice. The team is very friendly from the moment you walk in the door at checking in & checking out. The Medical assistants are very friendly & caring. The Dr's take there time with you they ask important questions and truely care about you as a person. I am very happy with the treatment and care at this practice and the team is always willing to get you an appointment even if its the same day your calling they are flexible and reliable. So glad i have them all as my primary care . St. Lukes is the best!!!

I always have a great experience here. CAROL is wonderful as is the front office staff. CAROL is very thorough with me because I’ve had a lot of medical and mental health issues. I would definitely recommend this OFFICE to friends.

Excellent service

Dr Fan Cheng is a favorite Dr of mine she is an amazing Dr and she’s thorough and always gets me feeling better. I couldn’t have got a better family Dr then her, and the staff is friendly and helpful and answers and questions I might have. Oh and when your in the waiting room I never have to sit for along time when after my appt time!

South Mountain Family Practice has been my primary care physician for more than 20 years. I have always had excellent care from everyone at this practice - thank you!

I went to South Mountain family practice for a physical for my upcoming cataract surgery. Everything went well and my questions were answered. I will be back in May after I have blood work done for my six month regular appointment. I will probably have questions also which I hope will be answered fully. I do, however think the practice could use perhaps one or two other doctors to help. Everyone seems very, very busy. Thank you.

I am totally with everyone else when they say they would give this practice negative stars. They don’t know what the hell they are doing. Ever staff is very polite but really nobody should go there. Pick someone else. My family has been going here since Dr. Miller was the doctor years and years and years ago! My grandmother grandfather and my mother all have gone for years. Just recently I could not get to the office. I had a virtual visit with someone from St. Luke’s, but not from South Mountain was prescribed medication that I could not take because it made my blood sugars way way high. I went over to have a chest x-ray which showed bronchitis called. South Mountain told them I could not take this prednisone, but that A Z pack helped me once before. The nurse practitioner had my x-rays and all the medication that the virtual doctor sent me which was over $60 that I could not take but would not prescribe me a Z-Pak unless I came in I did not have a ride how was I supposed to get there? She had my x-ray that stated bronchitis. What did she need me to come in for to tell me I had bronchitis?? Totally unacceptable another thing is she sent a prescription in for my insulin, but I don’t know how she expected me to take it because she never sent a syringe prescription in. Totally unacceptable

Office never answer my calls

I've been going their since birth, when it was a 3 room building with DR Dale Grove, I've felt with every doctor, nurse,nurse practitioner, all staff, they have been the most helpful on and between appointments, so relaxing to deal with and confide in with professional and personal advice, they will do their very best to see to everyone's needs, and friendliest staff you could want, a proud patient since 1967,

I love Carolyn Morganelli but unfortunately I’m choosing to move on due to administrative incompetence. Between this office and South Bethlehem Family Practice, every time I need a prior auth, help filling a prescription or even a form filled out it has been a nightmare with back and forth calls. I have to call at least 5 times to get my issue resolved everytime. The experience has been so frustrating and disheartening. I shouldn’t have to be calling to follow up to make sure they are doing their jobs. What if I was an elderly patient with no one to assist me with getting my medication and my needs met? Staff should be ashamed of themselves for their lack of professionalism and lack of common courtesy. I’ll be sad to say goodbye to Carolyn but hopefully not having to call and constantly make sure people are doing their jobs will add years to my life.
