I’ve had several experiences at this location where my mobile order was showing that it was “ready to go “ on the app, only to discover that my order had not even been started when I arrived in store for pickup. The staff acknowledged the snafu but it was a disappointment.

Whoever the girl is in the window on the morning shift 7/19, she wasn’t welcoming at all. I was a little far from the drive through window she barely extended her hand out , I had to stretch for my items and change. I asked for iced water in a personal cup and a straw for my cold brew she seemed very annoyed and her greetings seemed very robotic and insincere. I’m sure she is great , but she really isn’t a people person. I think she would be a better asset making drinks with less customer contact. You guys shouldnt keep someone at the drive through that will make your customers feel like a cancer.

This is not the first time this Starbucks location has messed up my order, but today was especially frustrating. I went during my 30-minute lunch break and ordered something very simple: a double smoked bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich.
When I got the sandwich, the center was ice cold—completely undercooked. I felt sick after eating it. I went back through the drive-thru to ask for a remake, hoping for a better outcome, but what I got instead was a burnt sandwich that was practically inedible. The cheese was rock hard, like it had been nuked or forgotten in the oven. I've attached a photo so you can see for yourself.
It's honestly baffling how this location is still open with this level of inconsistency. I rarely write reviews, but after multiple messed-up drink orders in the past and now this food issue, I had to say something. Extremely disappointed.
Truly disappointed from my experience today. I paid $7.15 for this cup of ice and five sips of a badly made drink. Won’t be making that mistake again… what a rip off. This is why Dunkin’ is better (and they’re even cheaper).

Both the starbucks on schoenersville road are amazing. My mother wants her coffee from there everyday and they make sure she is a pleased customer everyday. I know she can be picky so thank you to the staff who went above and beyond for beth, and the ones who continue to do so. You guys make her day w perfecting her drink for her. I can't thank you guys enough for being so understanding and patient.
