Numerous times I’ve ordered from this location on the app out of convenience and to save time, only to find when I arrive that they are out of what I ordered, with no notice. I know the app allows (on their end) to not enable certain items if they are out of stock but for some reason this location does not do so. Not reliable, and a huge inconvenience.

Avoid mobile ordering at this location. I waited 40 minutes before finally asking for a refund, and they hadn’t even started making my drink.

Had a terrible experience today with the workers. I accidentally ordered at a different location but was waiting here for over 30 minutes for my drinks and sandwich. After I’ve seen many people in and out I asked one of the workers where my food was at cause it says it ready to go. She asked to see the order and she says it at a different location. So I call that place and ask them to cancel the order because I ordered at the wrong place and the lady informed me I could just ask them to remake it. So I went back inside I asked the worker and she said she couldn’t do that because we’re not corporate. Great now I’m out $26 and I didn’t even get my food or drinks. Mind you this all happened before i had to head to work. Also multiple workers looked at me but didn’t bother to ask if I was waiting for anything. They asked the two white girls sitting there tho. What a waste of time and lack of customer service.

This Starbucks could be such an asset to the community however they never have anything in stock and it’s very frustrating. Also running out of items they say are available on the app. The purpose of the app is to order ahead, grab and go, not come in to stand there until someone acknowledges you only to find out what you wanted they don’t have so now your either getting a refund or waiting for another option to be made. They just came out with the summertime raspberry popping bubble drink, I ordered 2, they had NO straws for the drink… so I paid over $22 for 2 drinks and 2 cake pops that I can’t even properly drink the drink. Okay cool. Thumbs down to this location.
