I think of Stations Cafe as a place to get good soup. They have up to nine delicious options that can change by the day. Their other offerings have felt less satisfying mainly because of the freshly-baked bread, which are a bit too moist and sweet for my preferences. The flavor profiles of the sautéed veggies and banh mi were also a bit off from what I’m used to having. At the end of the day, it boils down to preferences. I get the impression they have a lot of happy frequent customers.
This entire restaurant is run by a single person, from preparing the food to taking care of the tables. Thus, service can be slow. Don’t expect to get a quick lunch. But also, please be understanding. It’s incredibly tough. I’d highly recommend this place for a leisurely meal where all you want is the comfort of a warm bowl of soup.

Always fresh and amazing food! The Pho and soups are a must this time of year. Homemade pretzels. Very accommodating for kids! Longacres ice cream if that’s your thing. Even vegan treats for dessert. The spring rolls and salads are wonderful too. I can’t recommend enough! Service 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

As a commuter, this cafe really helps warm me up on a cold day, the pretzels are delicious everytime I come here, the soup is lovely and warms me up. I love the friendly cafe vibe and how quick food is made. Plus the smoothies are really really good!!! Definitely come here if you need a cheap warm meal in Bethlehem whether it be just visiting or you're local! Here is the soup I got today! It was veggie and very good!
