So far i've had the pho and the bahn mi and both were delicious! bahn mi was so big i got two meals from one sandwich. Owner is incredibly nice and i can't wait to go back :)

I've had several of their soups and they're always delicious. The sandwiches and pretzels are good, too. The owner is so kind and she remembers her regulars, which is nice to see. We had a little bit of a wait for our take-out, but you can avoid that by ordering ahead. We just walked over from our office, so we didn't mind waiting. I highly recommend this place for lunch.

If you're looking for clean, fresh, delicious food, this place is fantastic! I've tried at least half of the menu and everything has been delicious and nutritious.... Which is a rare find in Bethlehem! Omg, the soups are so good! The woman who owns this shop is incredibly sweet and hard-working too, do it feels good to support this shop.

Ordered bean burgers. Waited an hour for them to say there aren't any bean burgers Thank you for disappointing my mom and girlfriend so much. The veggie burgers are the worst I've ever had. I'm not going to sit there and let my mom and girlfriend be ripped off at the register like that.

We stopped in this tiny place to put something in our stomachs before wine tasting. I didn't expect much from the tiny, diner-like restaurant. Boy was I wrong. That soup. OMG, that soup! We both had the coconut curry chicken soup and a soft pretzel. The pretzel was good too, but the soup was AMAZING. The prices are fantastic, and the service was incredibly friendly. I would definitely go again.

I love the egg sandwich here--the bread is organic and home made and yet the sandwich is filling and a nice protein packed start to the day. The quesadilla is very different and unique from any quesadilla I've ever had because it is light and yet full of nutritious toppings and the added hummus and organic pita bread is perfect for wrapping and dipping. But the best thing about the quesadilla is that it is NOT GREASY--I feel great after enjoying this standout dish. I've been coming here for 15 years!

I love the food here! The Pho especially during the cold winter months is the perfect way to warm up. 10/10 recommend! The service as well is nothing short of amazing. Family friendly and in the heart of main street Bethlehem. My office loves the party pretzel trays for our holiday events and have become a must have item annually.
