We come up here often for lunch and the female bar tender is amazing! this is the first and last time we come in for dinner. Male bartender disappeared 3 times and it was not even busy! Then he charged my card for the wrong persons meal more than double what i ordered!
Absolutely unacceptable and something needs to be done! Extremely disappointed in this service and time wasted sitting here without a server! It has now been 10 mins since he messed up the bill and we have no clue where he went! We come here often and if you want our business make this right please!

Food was ok, not much flavor or selection for $25. Drink was included. If they were making pasta to order I never saw it… Could barely hear the cashier (struggled with eye contact & projecting her voice). My server never checked on me or refilled my soda.

I went to Steelworks to grab a quick bite after so much fun in the Casino. I must say I ordered their Burger Deluxe w/bacon, lettuce, tomatoes with fries. The burger was made as I requested and the fries were crispy and hot. I loved it all. The service was pretty decent too.

UN-EDIBLE
Honestly. Reminds me of the 5.99 boardwalk buffet. Only worse. I never leave reviews but for the love of all, I was flabbergasted. The food was sub par; least expensive product, most likely freezer burned, expired, wilted, bland. The staff was all very nice, I feel bad for them. The meats were like dollar store frozen dinners. Sauces watery. Lobster salty. Butter sauce for lobster tasted like old expired burnt oil. I had to resort to the frozen pizza option and I dont even like pizza. Awful GI issues all night. Such a disappointment. You would think the establishment would read the reviews and attempt to save themselves. Big let down. Zero stars. Again, no disrespect to the staff, everyone was very nice. Hopefully they get it together. Until then, maybe go to McDonalds.

If it weren’t for the vouchers, I wouldn’t dine at this establishment. The meals taste as if they’re made from buffet leftovers, the menu hasn’t changed in years, and the TVs don’t even show local sports. Definitely needs improvement.

Sub Par is being generous. Service was excellent. Everything was old and dry w no taste. I love Buffets, but this one was a mistake.

I’m a woman of a certain age and so was some of us who were in the group of 6 of us that went to Steelworks Buffet and Grill on Monday. When we paid for our meal before we entered the restaurant we were instructed by the Eric, the manager to go upstairs to an area where it was dark. I asked The manager, Eric who had an unprofessional attitude was asked why we had to go up the steps, he said because they didn’t feel like putting the tables together to accommodate us, on the lower level. A couple of us have knee problems and Eric, the manager didn’t even take that into consideration. We did get the tables put together on the lower level. However, Eric‘s attitude is much to be desired.

Don't go!! Horrible cheap low quality food! Only ate some roasted vegetables. For $40 per person ... have a dried out piece of meat and pizza

Minestrone Soup
Chicken and Ribs
Pizza and stuffed shell
Chicken Marsala
Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Pie with ice cream

If you are looking for quantity in lieu of quality, you’ve come to the right place.

For a fixed price of $30, you can eat and drink all the food you desire. That doesn’t really matter when the taste is mediocre.

The soup and soft serve ice cream was decent, but nothing else came close.

The fried chicken and chicken Marsala with the sides all tasted bland.

The stuffed shell looks just as bad as it tastes; even I can make shells better than that.

My feelings are never enthusiastic about buffets because the food quality is typically cheaper which results in a less pleasurable dining experience.

A flavorless, bland, and overpriced restaurant that sucks whatever money left they can get from the casino zombies. Ran by a power-hungry manager who weighs more than he knows. The buffet food sits out all day. never order the chicken at night because it’s been marinating all day, and will taste even more bland than what they started with.. (nothing.) None of this food is worth the price, you’re better off eating in the food court or even going down the block to the other restaurants out on the street.

I sat at the bar with my brother-in-law and ordered a meal and had a few drinks. Our bartender (Eddie?- Apologies if I forgot your name) was SPECTACULAR!

I ordered a Mixed Green Salad and added shrimp. It was a filling salad with plenty of flavor. I loved the toasted pecans.

For dessert I ordered an Old Fashioned with Basil Hayden bourbon. I wish the ice cubes were an ice 🧊 cube. Overall, it was a real time.
