Subway was fine but sadly the prices have gone up and the quality is the same. The cost no longer justifies me going there as much as I once would have.Also they took are short handed so that affects the ratings as well. The ones that are working are trying but it's tough when you don't have enough people.

Wow ? I just had the very best experience ordering my tuna sub at the Schoenersville subway in Bethlehem. Over the top customer service which you don’t get much of today. Most people look miserable ? like they hate there job. Your staff is really doing an excellent job at representing your company. ??
Not the same anymore? Roll stale & person who prepared my sub was so unfriendly, made me feel like I was bothering him ( he was on his cell phone as I was walking in)

Called to confirm this location was open until 9pm before getting there. They answered, and said yes. Got there at 8:45pm and was told by the boy working there they couldn’t make us a sandwich because they began cleaning up (all the containers were still on the counter, not even put away) and he refused to make us a sandwich. Why answer the phone and say yes you are open until 9 when someone takes the time to call first but fails to mention that they clean up at 8:45 therefor cannot serve you a sandwich until 9. Poorest, rudest service ever. Some people really need a lesson on customer service.
