They're hours are not accurate; they're listed as opening at 8, but they don't open until 9. The poor girl who was helping me was still trying to set up everything for the day when another customer walked in. A sign of poor management is not providing your staff with the tools and support to succeed, and I know it wasn't this girl's fault.

I go in to get a 6 inch and apparently the manager is on the phone comes to me ask what I want tell him and then he gets a kid from the back while his big mouth is still on the phone the kids did his best you can tell he was nervous and probably just starting he did pretty good with making my sandwich ring my order up and went to put my soda I the bag with my sandwich which wasn't a big deal but here comes the manager don't do that. All I can say is get off your phone it differently wasn't a call for anything there and respect your customers and help your new employees out instead of telling them no and disrespecting them in front of customers

The workers are polite but the owner is always discourteous. After multiple times ordering from this location, there is always an attitude when the owner either makes the subs or rings up the total amount due. I will go to another location from now on. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes and enjoy my customer experience.

Online order: I ordered a toasted sub and received a cold one. When I asked the manager, before I left, if they toasted it he replied" if it says on the ticket toasted then we toasted it" Cold sub for lunch today. No napkins either....Very disappointed. Sandwich was disgusting, to much sauce. #Soupsandwhich

One teenage worker kept bothering / distracting the person making my sandwich. She kept asking to borrow his cellphone to call her boyfriend nonstop. You could tell he was distracted and had to keep looking at the sign on how to make the sandwich. The manager was right there and didn’t do anything about it.
