I would like to add that I’ve never had a problem with Taco Bell in my entire life ordering there, I’ve always experienced exceptional service from the employees or those who make my food, but tonight we end up ordering Taco Bell from this place and they end up not giving us our nacho fries that my friend paid extra for, so my friend calls Taco Bell and he tells us the only thing he can do is write her name down and give us them tommorow but we ordered them for tonight so she tells him this and he ends up hanging up on her, so she calls again and a lady picks up and this lady kept interrupting my friend, like my friend didn’t get a single word out until this lady just straight up hangs up aswell, for who else would like to know this was the “morning” of February 23rd at 1233 am to whoever employees were scheduled for tonight, I’ve never experienced such disrespect and unprofessional, I have never treated a customer this way, and I will for sure be coming into the business to talk to a manager or someone higher up because I’m not paying 50 some of more dollars towards food from a fast food place to be treated with such utter disrespect. I would also like to add my tacho had fries and cheese in which I do not like and am not suppose to eat just straight up cheese, my friends taco was messed up and none of our order was correct besides the drinks, u can expect me and my friend will be going to the business tommorow

I call Taco Bell to let them know that they forgot both of my nacho fries in my order and they hung up on me then I call again and get hung up on again, the employees here are rude, disrespectful and I’m very disappointed in how I was treated when I called
They got half of my order wrong and then gave me the wildest attitude ever. That’s why you make food for people who work real jobs.

While I don't eat fast food often, Taco Bell will always be my go to when I do. I really love the Doritos Locos Tacos Supreme, and like how I can swap out certain ingredients even on the kiosks. The food is always made well!
Vegetarian options: While it might not directly say something is, you can always swap out anything on the kiosk. I personally don't eat beef, so its nice that I can swap it out and just have everything else.
Dietary restrictions: Once again for any dietary restrictions, you can see whats in what your getting on the kiosk and swap anything you dont want out. If there is an airborn allergy or something lethal however, I would speak to the employees just to make sure its completely safe though.

I love the food but this taco bell always messes up my order. I got a correct order ONCE. So, like 1 out of 7. Even when I use the app (Which also doesn't work most of the time but that's not this stores' fault) my order is still wrong when I pick it up.
I did call and spoke with someone about my latest order and was offered a free replacement, so there is that. Too bad I'm already home.
I've not gone into the place, only drive through, but just wish I got what I paid for.

Cheap good food, barely any effort into it though, much better effort at other locations. Tables are always sticky, takes a while for food and employees can be very blunt and rude when you ask for like sauce or something
Went there last night and got a mtn dew that was extremely watered down and there was not a lick of meat in my Crunchwrap?? Just a lettuce and tomato tortilla. Probably only get a good Crunchwrap 30% of the times I go
