I ordered $50 worth of food and only got maybe half of what I ordered for example I got the number 6 which is two chalupa's and a taco and they literally misplaced one of the chalupas.. like how, it is literally a two chalupa meal and I also ordered quesadillas and they all had maybe a little pocket of cheese and no meat I don't understand what's wrong with some of these employees like they're good when it's like maybe two meals anything above that they screw up every time, your employees need to do better or you need better employees you guys are literally reading it off of a screen so I'm not really sure how you can screw up when it's literally right in front of you, but at least you got my drinks for.

Terrible experience. Worst taco bell that I've been to. Barely any meat in the taco and barely any chicken in the chicken quesadilla. Don't waste your money

Awful experience! I ordered 7 items from this store through DoorDash and received 2 of them and 1 was wrong! Went on DoorDash and had the missing items redelivered and it was still wrong! 1 item missing and the rest were ice cold and just thrown in the bag! Never again and this is a new Taco Bell?! I did try to call the store, but sat on hold! Very disappointed!!!!

Forgot to complete the order from the drive through.
We had to go back to get the incomplete order .
Cheese quesadilla was not even heated , just dry cheese in a taco and not cut up .

Good location and nice outside tables that you can use to eat your food. Food was horrible, ordered crunchy wrap but they put minimum veggies in there. It was all bread without much sauce which I had pay extra but got minimal sauce and veggies stuffed in that crunchy wrap. I show my concern to the manager on duty and he rudely said that’s what corporate wants him to add in the crunch wrap. I had several crunch wraps from several other taco bell so not sure what kind of corporate rules this manager is following. He treated other customers that complained to him very rudely too. I wish i got his name but it was at around 11:30pm on 8/29/25 so hopefully someone from the management team can see the schedule to figure out on duty manager. Never going to repeat them unless they hire better staff that knows how to treat customers.

The grilled burrito I ordered wasn’t grilled and the burrito was cold drive thru lady had a attitude

Orderd meal for 4, half the food was missing. There was no nachos, (it was supposed to come with 4, I know because I ordered it before) and there was no burritos (it was supposed to come with 4)
All in all, it was missing 8/16 things, didn't come with napkins. Didn't come with sauces. There was a 20 minute pickup line, the associates were arguing,
Never coming here again, new associates. Missing food, arguing workers, long line, disorganized (a coworker yelled at another coworker because they made a guy wait when the food was there the whole time it was just at the back of the line)

This new Taco Bell is exactly what we needed. The staff are friendly courteous and hard working. The atmosphere is very welcoming and clean. Keep giving great customer service and ill be back again and again and again

Love this store and location.
Visited my first time Sunday August 17; had my go-to: Chalupa. Added the rice and beans burrito.
Food was hot, very tasty. I was alone in the restaurant (late evening), maybe because of the heavy rain storm.
Staff members are friendly and exceptional.
Clean store, including bathrooms. Ample parking.
Like the picnic tables outside! It's where I wanted to eat but the heavy rain kept that from happening.

Last two times I came to the new Bethlehem establishment, my order has been incorrect after the service member confirmed the order twice. The service member also gave us attitude the last time we were there because we wanted to confirm they didn’t add sour cream to a supreme taco. We then got sour cream in the taco. These two experiences are definitely souring our experience with Taco Bell
