The Tap Room is inside the Historic Bethlehem Hotel in PA and is upscale. This restaurant is beautiful and the food is great. We went Thanksgiving week and the hotel and restaurant were decorated extensively for the holidays. Service is also wonderful. There were 3 of us who had, a Lobster Roll, their Strip Steak and Branzino. We also had dessert that was also wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Delicious drinks and food. Service was very good. Christmas decorations are already up. Wonderful experience.

Stopped in for a late lunch after going to the Christmas market in Bethlehem. It was our first time in the hotel which was gorgeous and decorated beautifully for the holidays. Lunch was delish! We were fortunate to have the sweet potato soup before they ran out. Absolutely delicious! Then, a burger and club sandwich which we enjoyed. The service was great!

Lovely, historic room; friendly service; good drinks. My friend and I had the squash soup, which was nice but our mains: crispy chicken sandwich for my companion and pulled pork sandwich for me, had no flavor at all.

A flashback in time to the elegance of good restaurant dining - adequate space, comfortable furniture, helpful staff, and good food.

Went here for my Birthday Meal on our last night staying with friends who live locally. We love The Hotel Bethlehem for its grandeur, ambiance ,beautifully preserved architectural features and the wonderful staff. No wonder the hotel receives many awards. The valet parking was quick and efficient. The dining room is very splendid and reminiscent of a 1930's palm/ball room. The staff are very attentive and friendly. We had amazing shrimp cocktails along with mussels and other delicious starters, followed by superb crab cakes , lobster and steak ,a true feast. The puddings were delicious and the staff brought a cake with candles and sang Happy Birthday ,a wonderful end to the evening. Looking forward to our next visit.

This is one of our favorites. The service is always impeccable. If something isn't right, they fix it. Our server was amazing and the bartender makes the best cocktails, especially our favorite, the Moravian manhattan.

Fantastic food, service, and the ambiance of the restaurant and hotel was exceptional. We will definitely return, just to enjoy the atmosphere and experience.

We went for dessert, specifically Penn State Creamery Ice Cream. When we were seated they told us one flavor was not available, np. When he came to take our order suddenly most of the flavors were not available. Fine we ordered from what they had. 2 out of the 4 of us had ice crystals in the ice cream indicating that it was not fresh and had been refrozen. I have no idea why they could not go across the street to their store and replenish their stock. Next time we won't bother with the Tap Room. Worst experience we've had there.

Wonderful service and experience! We noted that we were celebrating our anniversary and they went above and beyond! Will be back again!

I love the Bethlehem Hotel but was very disappointed in our experience. My son has allergies and we told our waitress. He order his cheese burger and can only have certain cheese when it came it was the wrong cheese. He didn’t eat it. She never came back to our table. Never asked if something was wrong. She Came after everyone else ate and just said oh do you need a box since she saw all his food was there. Our food wasn’t that great either. We had to go to the brewery down the block and order him dinner. What a waste. Wouldn’t recommend

I took my wife there for her birthday. The place is beautiful very classy. Very neat. The staff was great. The food was great. The background piano music was great. We definitely try brunch and dinner.

Our waitress was great. The food hit the spot. We got the deviled eggs because it said they had caviar but when they came out only one did. That was disappointing. The clams casino were okay but we’ve had better. All entrees delivered. My dad had some pre fixe menu and his dessert was a Moravian cake apple crumb something. That dessert needs to be full time. 10/10 wish I could have gotten one!
