We were staying at the hotel and needed a lighter dinner fare. Daniel was our server and was very nice and pleasant. The menu offers lighter dinners so we opted for a meatloaf dinner and gnocchi dinner. Both were good but both could have used some more seasoning. A nice evening and we would return to dine there again.

Some waiting, but I heard from Dan at Hotel Bethlehem immediately - they are clearly interested in helping to improve our experience. We enjoyed the food, the ambience, the staff attitude, and of course we will be back!

We got served water(2x) and bread and had to ask for a server.Vaughn finally was flagged down and was great afterwards. I realize it was Musikfest but there was empty tables and plenty of waitstaff milling around. We waited over 20 minutes to get waited on.

I love the Tap Room! You must go if you're in Bethlehem! The food and drinks are top tier! This visit I ordered the lobster roll this was the absolute best lobster I've ever had! It was mostly sweet claw meat with melted butter! The service is always fantastic! If I could give this restaurant ten stars I would!

Lovely hotel. Historic Tap Room. Loved looking at all of the photos of famous guests hanging on the walls. Crab cake sandwich was great & the fries matched perfectly.

Haven’t been here since our friend’s wedding 15yrs ago. Had lunch outside with my long time friend and we both enjoyed it!! We were seated immediately even though we were early for our reservation. Our waitress was fabulous! On point with timing everything from our drinks to our meal. Menu was short and simple. Had a nice selection for different diets. Prices were fabulous! Our appetizer to entree was so refreshing and delicious!!! Kudos to the chef.

I took my daughter for lunch at the Tap Room for her birthday. There was a Happy Birthday sign sitting on our table when we arrived. The waitress acknowledged her birthday, and we received a free round of drinks. All in all, it was a wonderful lunch!

Father's day Brunch was good, could have been better. I had been to brunch at Hotel B a couple of years back & it was excellent. This time it seemed they were sorely under prepared for the volume. Many chaffing dishes were empty & not filled promptly. Omelette line too long to wait. No parking available on sight due to construction, so had to park & take a shuttle. Would have been nice to have an advanced warning about that.

it was" only" breakfast, but it was delicious, well-prepared, and presented! We both ordered the French toast. It was very light, perfection really, served with individual ramekins of creamy butter, whipped cream, and a small pitcher of maple syrup. A side of fresh berries finished the plate. The service was friendly, quick, and solicitous. All in all, a lovely experience that felt special, even though it was "only" breakfast.

Worst dining experience we have ever had! We made reservations weeks in advance for dinner after a baccalaureate service at a church nearby. My husband and I brought our mothers here to celebrate their grandson's high school graduation. Our reservation was originally for 7 people, thankfully 3 couldn't attend last minute because that would have made things even worse. Horrendous service...communicated with hostess/host, several waiters and manager numerous times over the course of the evening due to lack of service. Commiserated with another diner at one point who was experiencing similar issues. Took nearly two hours to get entrees and 3 came first for a party of 4, two of which were room temp at best. Fourth entree arrived shortly after which was refused. Disaster! They ended up compensating us for the meal, which was the least they could do. Additionally, the manager was apologetic but was insincere and rude in his delivery.
