3 stars at best for this place. Came here with my boyfriend on a Saturday night. We had a reservation but stood at the hostess stand for a solid 5 minutes without even a hello. There were 2 women working and one man who I assumed was the manager. It was awkward but we were finally greeted and taken to our table. This place is inside the historic Hotel Bethlehem and feels somewhat like you're eating in the lobby. Waiter was friendly and fast. Drinks were delicious. Food was just okay. I got a filet mignon and my boyfriend got the strip steak. He didn't like the taste of the sauce on his steak. My steak was a little over cooked and just bland. The potatoes that came with it were delicious. Overall it's a neat place in a cool location. The food was just okay. I likely would not return here because I think we could get better food for a similar price point. I would however return to have a drink at the bar and to enjoy the ambiance of the hotel.

If you are going to charge 70/pp you should not be squeezing tables into the conference room with no windows , against all the food, or charge less . Terrible ambience for over 400 dollars and not sure food was worth that price either

Atmosphere is very classic and historic. The toast was well cooked and I was given an assortment of jellies. The service was very good and everyone was nice. The avocado toast was just slices of avocado on toast - basic. Egg whites were

If you are looking for a place to eat for a special occasion or just a place that serves great food in a beautiful setting, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Bethlehem Hotel. I haven't enjoyed dining out as much as I did when I had lunch there the other day. Everything was perfect.

Mushroom ravioli to start, superb. Sweet potato puree soup du jour, purefect. Chocolate old fashioned Woodford rye, really nice. Bottle of big sky Sauvignon Blanc, match for the meal, exquisite with my Atlantic char and beet salad with salmon. Dessert was next level, butter toffee pudding cake with an iced Irish coffee!!! $190. Left $250. Chelsea was a gracious host!!!

Overall, a very nice dining experience. Aude was our server & he was very good. Our appetizer (which we shared) arrived hot as did our entrees. We feel that the price is fair for the quality of the food. We requested a table near the window & were seated promptly. I would strongly encourage reservations, particularly on the weekends.

We took our 12 yr. old granddaughter to dinner at the hotel after a Bach Family Concert. We enjoyed the casual ambiance and good food choices for a Sunday evening. It was relatively quiet and so we lingered over dinner and conversation. Dinners were delicious and nicely presented. Servers very attentive and pleasant also!

A wonderful brunch destination, I hadn't been there since my cousins wedding over 21 years ago. It definitely isn't going to be 21years till my next visit, just a little over 21 days. We decided to make this a monthly tradition. The only thing I can say is, I wish some of the appetizers had a little higher internal temp. Overall tho a 4.9999 star experience

Great Sunday evening dinner here. The roasted chicken breast was delicious as was the pork shank. Attentive service but not rushed at all. Will definitely be back.

My wife and I went there for an early Valentines dinner. We've been there previously for other milestones in our life and have absolutely loved it. We stayed overnight for my wife's 40th birthday and had an absolute blast at the taproom. Love the ambience and the old time feel.

Had lovely meal while staying at the hotel. Ordered halibut and pasta dishes, both excellent. Service was attentive but not rushed. Enjoyed looking at all the past guests who stayed at the hotel. Not inexpensive but a lovely dining experience in a top notch hotel.

Overall, a very nice fine dining experience. The table setting was still in a nice holiday/winter decor, & we were seated at a table for four (at our request) as the original table for two was quite small & closer to the entrance. Our server was very prompt and gave us excellent service throughout the meal. It should be noted that we dined on a Monday evening & so the Tap Room was only moderately busy. Our food was as expected & arrived hot. My husband had the Prime Rib Steak Sandwich which came w/French fries. I had the Crab Cakes which were served w/Fingerling potatoes & sautéed Broccolini. Both were very good & also generous servings. We had leftovers for another meal. I had a glass of wine, husband had hot tea. We didn't have dessert. The bill w/a generous (& deserved tip) was $122 & we recommend Hotel Bethlehem for lunch & dinner.

Enjoyable lunch for 2 in the tap room. We ordered the lobster roll and the Chilean sea bass special, both of which were tasty. The cocktails were good as well, particularly the old fashioned which had chocolate shavings and brown sugar and was amazing. Service was excellent and we appreciated having a table by one of the large street facing windows.

The Tap Room was still decorated for the holidays, which provided a beautiful atmosphere. The noise level was definitely higher than I would have preferred, but we had a corner table and that was nice. The food was good, but for lunch it was a little bit pricey. I expected as much though, given the location. It's very likely we will be back, for a special occasion now and then.
