We have been to this restaurant many times & expected a good experience when we went on December 29, 2025 for a mid-afternoon lunch. Although it wasn’t crowded, the service was TERRIBLE! After waiting almost 20 minutes for a server & a glass of water, we decided to leave. We went to Edge restaurant up the street, where we had good service & a good meal. Tapas on Main lost us as customers based on the awful experience there yesterday. We’re local & Bethlehem has MANY better restaurants.
The food is good and servers are friendly, but the service is always on the slow side. Worth a visit for sure but plan to be there for a bit.

We love a Tapas restaurant closer to our home, so when we saw this while traveling, we thought it would be a great. We ordered paella, the grilled cheese with serrano ham, bacon wrapped dates, chicken empanadas, and beef meatballs. Everything was good except for the meatballs. They tasted like those store-bought frozen ones and were texturally the same. How strange. I can only imagine that this isn't the norm as others have commented on how good they were. Perhaps they ad an issue on the night we were there. Everything else was good.
Let’s start by saying this was a Saturday night during Christmas season, obviously very busy and we totally get it. We were a party of 4, 3 sharing tapas, 1 ordered a large plate. Tapas were fabulous with the octopus being a true standout. Lamp chops, empanadas, spinach dip, slay! It would’ve been nicer if the person who had the large plate would have gotten their food not after all the tapas were pretty much eaten already again I totally get very busy. Sangria is not great ( no fruit and pretty much only the ice cubes) the Mojito very well done! Be mindful if you’re taller than 5’5 sitting on the wall because you will hit your head😂 what was bizarre to all of us is the amount of wait staff present with so little attention to the tables. Nobody was doing water service even though numerous employees were literally just standing. Also when putting water glasses on the table please train your employees to not put their fingers in it when putting them on the table. Overall the kitchen gets three thumbs up and would come back for the food for sure. I just wonder if your front line employees could a refresher training class to make a better impression.
Had a beautiful anniversary dinner here. Good food. Great drinks. Lovely atmosphere.

Food was good enough. Weirdest pierogies ive ever had! Loved the sauce they were in! Calamari was over cooked and chewy.

We have dined at Tapas several times. The food is excellent and the menu is nicely curated. Their Sangrias are wonderful, and the cocktails are a close second. Not a major ding, but during our most recent visit, the background music was a greatest hits loop of Sinatra. We like Sinatra, but it seemed a little out of character for a Tapas place, and we had not experienced that during our prior visits. Our server was also not as polished as our prior servers when it came to culinary knowledge and dining etiquette. Not unpleasant or disorganized..but our prior servers were a cut above. Still a great place to dine that we highly recommend!! Enjoy.

We had beef meatballs, grilled artichoke, calamari, olives, chicken empanadas and spinach dip. Everything was excellent and you could tell it was all freshly made and not frozen! Empanadas were unique with white beans in them. The meatball sauce had sliced almonds in it which was a great crunch to the bite. The spinach dip was so good that I recommend getting that as your final tapas so you don't overstuff yourself and have room for everything else!
Bartender in the afternoon was very kind.

I have been going to this establishment since 2016. I fell in love with this place . Today we were served by Marie jose super sweet & Phil was awesome as well. I highly recommend this place.
Tapas makes a great date night, work dinner or casual hang with friends. There are so many different options to appease everyone and the food is always delicious. Great for getting a bunch of small plates to try different things! Drinks are tasty too!
Like always, it was a great meal, fun and delicious food, great sangria, and excellent service
