I love the food and the atmosphere here. Just make sure that you reserve first because theres not a lot of table and it can easily be crowded.
Also make sure you clarify your spice level. I ordered with medium spice but i guess since Im used to spice as a Vietnamese, it felt like no spice for me at all. (I ordered the jumbo shrimp panang curry, apologies if i got the name wrong)

We ran out of time and were only able to eat the spring rolls at the restaurant, but I enjoyed the fact that they were already sliced into bite-sized pieces. It made it easier to pick up with a fork rather than getting our fingers sticky, picking them up to dip into the yummy sauce.
I asked the gentleman who helped us to smile when we come back next time, and he said, 'No'. It cracked me up.

Absolutely delicious!!! Pad Thai with chicken, shrimp and peanut butter sauce. By far my favorite thing they make it’s so delicious and it’s only like $20 for this and it’s cooked to serve and perfect. Best quality Thai in the valley for sure!!!

I'm sure their food is amazing and was really excited to enjoy my birthday dinner here, but were turned away from being sat at 7:15 when they close at 8. Not a single table was occupied and the employee was just sitting on their phone. Take out only after 7 pm apparently. I could understand if they were already busy or it was 7:30 or later, so sadly we ended up at another Thai restaurant. So be mindful about the time! Not sure why this restaurant would choose to turn away income, but it is what it is.

Ya'll need to stop taking yourselves so seriously. It's southside Bethlehem. I like the person at the counter. He is hilarious and has a clever dry sense of humor appropriate to stressed-out customer service/sales professionals such as myself.

Food is fantastic also. Thai food genuine as it comes, from actual Thai immigrants.

First, we did google reservation but they said they don’t have it and said to sit wherever we want. I don’t know what is the point of reservation.
We ordered several dishes. I never had a tom yum with uncooked white mushroom. There was no combining taste at all. Also, never order beef curry!!! Wahhh it was sugary curry and tastes like accidentally poured coconut water too much. I don’t know why but everything tastes like uncooked (potato, cherry tomato and onion) and it was just a bowl of ingredients! Thai noodle was soggy!!!
Lastly, the server! I don’t what’s his problem that day but he never came to us to have order that we were the only ones sitting in the place (the place is small). But when others come he behaved differently! All the time he was bossy and his tone was depressing.
I will never return this place ever again! People say the truth about this place!

We had a really disappointing experience here. Our group of 8 made a reservation a few days in advance for 6:30. On the day of, we called ahead to push it to 6:45 since we were running late. One of us arrived at 6:30 and offered to place everyone’s orders to help the kitchen get started, but the server declined.
When the rest of us arrived (all by 7:10), the server made it clear he was frustrated — which we understand. As someone in the service industry, I know it is demanding and stressful, especially near closing. That said, the way he spoke to us felt overly hostile and unnecessarily rude. He repeatedly checked his watch in front of us and told us, “Your food will come in boxes because I’m packing up and leaving at 8.” The tone was very curt and unwelcoming, and it honestly felt like we were being pushed out. It was also one of our friend’s birthdays, and when we asked for a knife to cut a cake, we were told there wasn’t one available, which really added onto this feeling because.. no knife at a restaurant?
We ended up leaving because we didn’t feel comfortable staying. Another group of diners even came up to us afterward and said, “Never let anyone talk to you like that,” which just confirmed how inappropriate the interaction was.
For added context, we’re a group of college students (mostly women), and while we can’t say for certain, we did leave wondering if it influenced how we were treated — especially given how different the tone was from past visits.
We’ve had positive experiences here before, which makes this one all the more disappointing.

The food is truly incredible. Get it spicy, sweat out the evil spirits and have a religious experience for lunch. The Thai fried rice is 10/10.

Have ordered here for years and it’s by far and away the best Thai food in Bethlehem. Everything is fresh and so flavorful. Very good portion size and reasonably priced. Can’t say enough good things, would recommend to anyone.

My first time visiting and I loved the food and the service. Our waiter/host was funny and I didn't get a rude vibe from him at all. His humor is dry so it may come across as rude. He's very helpful!

We LOVE Thai Kitchen! The food is fabulous. Every dish is soooo good, we always have a difficult time choosing one. Our group meets at Thai Kitchen every month. We would visit more often if we did not live so far away.
