First time here and it did not disappoint! Started off with hush puppies and perogies - both were amazing.....then the blackened salmon and the catfish entrees - everything was cooked to perfection....and ended the meal with fresh beignets - crazy good! Also had the Voodoo Juice cocktail - so tasty! Also, the service was great! Had to be rolled out of there with leftover containers in hand, but worth every bite. Will definitely be back!Parking: Across the street - free parking lot

New style Gumbo not quite as good. The new moist cheesy hush puppies are less corn meal but not quite as genuine either. Drinks are good.

We took my friend to Bayou for her birthday on Friday, April 19th. The food was delicious. The Cajun style catfish was not the New Orleans ' style, but a good close second. I would suggest using the Louisiana fish fry seasoning. Of course no one can master the beignets like LA, so do not go there for that.the service was good as was the ambiance.

We celebrated my Aunts birthday here, and the service was wonderful. It's a large bar in the center of the restaurant, but plenty of seating at tables around it. Parking across the street is convenient. The food was delicious!! Not quite like New Orleans cuisine, but delicious in its own style. I loved my chicken and waffles. The drinks cocktails were good. My family were all happy with their meals and loved this venue.

We love Bayou Bethlehem. Come here often and can't make a mistake no matter what you choose. Freshest, most delicious catfish, shrimp, pulled pork, chicken, etc. HUGE sandwiches, crunchy fries, gumbo, jambalaya, fried chicken, chicken waffle sandwiches, full dinners, OMG CORNBREAD is an automatic double order as soon as we hit the broad and comfy tables. Service is attentive and get orders right. Bar is friendly and offers Southern and Louisiana favorites. We love this place and tip well. Great place for a nice date, brunch fabulous. Clean casual. Plenty of parking on all sides. Wear your eating pants.Parking: Simple. Plenty.

This place is awesome. Amazing shrimp and grits. The place is small so it gets packed quickly. They have another location but this one is the best definitely stop in!

Nice Cajun inspired restaurant with a modern and stylish menu. Service was very good even when busy on a Saturday night. Only complaint is, the fried chicken dishes we received seem a little burnt. Maybe left in the fryer for a minute too long. Chicken was still juicy, just the exterior seemed a little over. I personally don't mind a little burnt flavor but others at the table did not. We did not send back or request new meals. All.othwr food served was excellent! Fried Cauliflower and the Perogies were fantastic.

Jambalaya was very mediocre. No Andouille Sausage and little spice in my serving. Friends at my table did much better with Shrimp & Grits, Fried Catfish and Blackened Salmon entrees.

I enjoyed the Chrispy Catfish and greens. Just the right amount of spice. Another person in our party liked the Shrimp and Grits. Service was good and payment at the table was by QR code.Parking: Parking spaces across the street.

Everything is great about this place except for the food. I ordered fries chicken and it was so dry. The seasoning and sauce were great but the chicken piece was so bad. My mouth had to wrestle with every bite taken. I’m going to give this place one more shot but the food was not that great at all. Drinks, environment and service were awesome tho!

I have been here a few times to the one in Bethlehem and last week I was very disappointed. I don’t know what changed but the food was not good and I got sick from it. My friend and I got the fried chicken with sweet mash. When she went to cut the chicken it was raw. The manager came by and said that’s the way some of the meat should be cooked. No way…. She got her another plate but still was not cooked so my friend couldn’t eat and neither could I. When it was time for the check the manager didn’t come to excuse herself or extend an apology. We were charged for the plates and I thought it would be removed. Very disappointing and wondering what happened because this place was never like that. Sure lost their touch in my opinion. That same night another customer had an issue with their food not being cooked as well.

Amazing food! Went here for valentines day and was not disappointed, although they were busy they still have very good service and the food was excellent. Definitely felt more of a home cooked meal and great environment.
