Was my families second time here. First time was much better. This time we had pizza, stromboli, and pasta dish. Everything was fine. Our biggest issue was service. Server would drop something off at our table and even though or drink was empty they would not ask if we wanted something else. We were made to feel like every other table was more important. The Server would spend more time at other tables which I assume were regulars and we were just a fly over doing the bare minimum. Not sure we'll be back. Felt too much like an outsider and the food wasn't over the top that makes it a can't miss spot.

This place just feels very unwelcoming and it makes you feel uncomfortable. The lady with the slight accent will act like she doesn’t want you in there and the bald guy (pizza guy??) is so nasty. Literally makes you feel embarrassed that you’re in there. I’ve never seen service like this before in my life. I don’t know how they act like that in front of paying customers.

Still my favorite restaurant in Bethlehem by far. All the food is fresh especially the pizzas and pastas. Seafood is another favorite.

Very nice sports bar with a varied menu including brick oven pizzas that looked great. Cheese steaks were awesome - rolls were soft but crunchy on the outside, especially after the sandwich was apparently heated! Plenty of seating for groups of various sizes.
Stayed in Bethlehem for first time and this came up as a local dinner place. Consistently full of people which to me is a great sign, bonus we didn’t have to wait for a table. We saw someone walking out with a big pizza pie box and she said your restaurant was “amazing”. So in we went. She was right!! So good. Great environment. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays with our staff and members at The Brick. Vito was so easy to work with and put together the perfect package for us. Everyone was thrilled with the food and service! The chicken parmigiana was cooked perfectly, as were the vodka penne and meatballs. We also enjoyed the large charcuterie spread, bruschetta, and pizzas. Abby, our server, was very attentive and always on top of our drink orders. We will be back!

Restaurantji Recommends
Ended up here as family was in mood for pasta/pizza and panini since it was cold outside
Food - we ordered veg fest calzone, pizza and panini
Panini was good , calzone was too cheeay (more like a calzone with sprinkling of veggies instead of a veg fest calzone) and spinach artichoke pizza was too salty and cheesy. Overall food was ok and not some place I would highly recommend .
Service was good but was disappointed that they did not inform us of a charge for ordering hot sauce on side. 1st time I have seen a charge for that
Atmosphere - good
Overall not someplace I would visit again if I was in area

Made a reservation for 6pm. Was told there were no seats inside but they had 3 random tables outside in the lobby of a random building. We asked for a high chair and after we got settled in were told they ran out of high chairs so our 18 min old had to sit in her stroller while trying to eat. The waitress was nice but obviously with us being outside the service wasn’t great. I was frustrated and after the appetizers i went and told the host to please cancel our meals we would be going else where. Instantly she looked over to an empty booth and offered it to us followed by a high chair that had just cleared up. We opted to stay but regret it. The food was ok nothing special. The service was meh .probably won’t return when theres so many restaurants in that area

We had guests visiting from out of state, and we wanted to host them nicely, so we took them to The Brick Restaurant. We loved the Margherita pizza. The Garlic Knot was excellent, and the potatoes were good as well. Overall, we were very satisfied with the food and the quality of the dishes.
However, the service provided by our server, Sally, was disappointing. Her facial expressions and responses were not welcoming, and it made us feel embarrassed in front of our guests. The food was great, but the service was noticeably poor. I would recommend addressing this issue to improve the overall dining experience.

We came on Friday evening and the food was great — especially the pizza. However, the service was extremely disappointing. Our server, Sally E., was very unfriendly and never smiled. She barely checked on us and didn’t even refill our drinks, even though we were entitled to two refills.
While we enjoyed the food, the service really took away from the experience. The restaurant urgently needs to review and improve its staff, especially the servers. We left very dissatisfied with the service despite the good food.
