The food was sooooooo goood. I ordered the Shorty and it was 10/10. Highly recommend! The flavor was on point and had a kick to it. I took a bite and I was surprised. I was expecting decent food but was blown away.

Went for my cousins birthday and the food was great. Drinks were nice too but our waiter wasn't exactly the best. She took a bit to get to us and every time she always forgot to get something for us and it started to get a bit annoying. But other than that the food and drinks were great.

This was my second time to The Flying Egg, and I enjoyed it very much both times. It's a nice quiet, cozy place to enjoy breakfast or lunch. The food and service is great, and it's a lovely location on Main Street Bethlehem.

Never disappoints! The food is absolutely amazing and the pins colada mimosa always hits the spot!

Love this place! ❤️ Not somewhere I go regularly, but I love the fresh squeezed orange juice. The food is very good. A little more expensive, but worth it. I always make a reservation.

We sat by the kitchen door so a lot of traffic going by our table but overall we had a wonderful experience!

Eggsalent (pun intended) restaurant on Bethlehem's Main Street next door to the Hotel Bethlehem. Great staff, quick service and very good coffee drinks of all kinds. Very reasonable pricing too!

Food was delicious. Lox rocks- eggs Benedict with lox and basil hollandaise sauce was excellent. Sitting inside was warm. Waitress was friendly but took a while for food to be delivered.

The Flying Egg always delivers when it comes to quality and execution of breakfast dishes. Coffee offerings are excellent as well.

Unclear if it was just a noisy day/time or there are too many tables in the small space when it gets fully seated, but it was very difficult to have a conversation. The food seemed a bit lower quality than normal. The service was good and I am still very much a fan, but it feels much more crowded than the last time my family was there.

Always has the best Caramel Irish Coffees in town! The Apple Honey Ricotta Toast was so delicious, we had to order again for another round.

I love going to The Flying Egg for breakfast when I visit Bethlehem! They always have delicious options that are not your basic, boring breakfast. I love the atmosphere and decor, and the service is always great. This past weekend, James was our server both days, and he was so nice - attentive and professional. The Flying Egg is my go-to place for breakfast in Bethlehem

Place felt very good atmosphere wise, then i paid 15 bucks for what could only be described as a fancier mcchicken. With fries? Yeah about seven of them. I waited an forty minutes, i dont write reviews alot but please spend your money somewhere else.
