The food was good. The service was what stood out. Our waitress was conscientious and accommodating. Made sure we had what we needed without hovering. Overall, a nice little place. We would return.

I was excited to try this restaurant because of all the reviews and photos. We had reservations and when we arrived the establishment was so hot it was uncomfortable. We ordered a burrito and a plate of eggs and home fries. The meal took 45 minutes to arrive and the eggs nor the bacon were cooked. I had to send it back an I never do that. I wouldn't frequent The Flying Egg again as there many places to eat around the area.

Delicious and amazing options for breakfast. Maddie was a good server. The bloody Mary was ridiculously tasty and filling with all the trimmings. The short rib benedict was superb!!!

Waited about 20 mins for someone to take our drink order and rushed us to order food the same time. Never came back to check on us or get refills. We had to flag him down for the check. When he brought us the check he then finally asked if we wanted refills. Definitely will not go back here. Save your money and go to a diner
Great overall experience but the restaurant was a bit noisy, if you want an intimate meal it's best to sit outside.

I realize that it was Lehigh parents weekend and Celtic Festival but we arrived for our reservation 5 minutes early and waited 15 minutes about as expected. BUT, after we sat at our table we placed our order within minutes - quite simple, a burger, a bowl and a french toast. It took almost 1 hour from ordering to receiving our food. To me they took reservations but also took in too many walk-in's and overwhelmed the staff and the kitchen and everyone suffered for poor operations management. The staff at the check-in were very nice but clearly have never been taught how to deal with this type of flow of people. I point my finger at management or ownership for the lack of training. The food like always was terrific but not taking almost 1.5 hours from walk in for a simple order. Our server apologized multiple times and was very nice and sweet, but she also told us twice that our food was coming out when it didnt and more time was wasted. Sorry for the harsh review, I hope this will be used to better manage the busy days between reservations and walk-in's.

I was a little concerned because I saw a lot of negative reviews due to service. I will say, it took a little bit longer than I would have liked to get our drinks, but nothing outrageous. Other than that the service was completely fine. And the food was very good, so overall I would say any bad reviews were probably exaggerated

The food was sooooooo goood. I ordered the Shorty and it was 10/10. Highly recommend! The flavor was on point and had a kick to it. I took a bite and I was surprised. I was expecting decent food but was blown away.
