This was my first poutine experience and couldn't have asked for a better one! The staff is so friendly, the food is affordable, and the smalls are HUGE! There are various fun poutine bowl options to choose from and all of them sound so yummy! The atmosphere of the restraunt is also amazing, unique, and clean! I honestly have zero complaints!

Vegetarian options: My friend who does not eat meat, had the Vegan Poutine with the delicious mushroom gravy and it was out of this world, even better than my classic Poutine which I loved from my time I spent living in Montreal, The wonderful owner also let me have one of her Quebec license plate as a souvenir, I love this place, I want to try every one on the menu, Merci beaucoup Flying V for bringing authentic Canadian delicacy to Pennsylvania.

This is the perfect place for yummy comfort food on a cold evening! My friends and I met here and truly enjoyed the food (every last bite of cheese curd and gravy!) and the relaxed atmosphere.

Super tasty poutine with rich gravy, and other than not being in a pan seems very authentic and similar to what I've experienced
Build your own or get one of many preselected options. Look for the specials on the wall too.
Recommend getting the small size unless you're really hungry - it fills you up more than you realize.
Great clean bathrooms too.
Their lemonade is really good too, not too sweet and pairs well.
Parking: We drove forever to get parking, and the machines are touch and go as is the app, but there is a good sized lot right next door

I had the chicken poutine. The chicken and the cheese and the fries were pretty good, however the gravy was too bitter and it tasted burnt. I think it was a mistake and that's not how their food is typically. The value for the amount of food that I got wasn't the best either. I might eat here again, but it won't be my top priority.

I have never been able to eat poutine unless I made it at home. This place made my day when I saw that ALL of their poutine was gluten free! The food was so good!! I will definitely go back!

I'm from Northern New York State (where we're Borderline Canadien) and I was on a self guided foodie tour from Southeastern Pennsylvania up to Northeastern Pennsylvania. After recently being denied access to Canada I decided I had to make a stop here to try some Montreal Smoked Meat and their Poutine. The Montreal Smoked Meat was PHENOMENAL and Authentic! The Poutine was really good and the gravy wasn't just plain beef. Was the Poutine Quebecois?... not from my experience but still Authentic Canadian. The restaurant is amazingly designed and decorated and the staff was wonderful! If I were to go again I would ask them to hold the salt on the fries, the gravy has enough for me personally. My only critique would be that the Cheese Curds could have been more fresh and local. I like mine extra squeaky! I highly recommend this place and I really hope to be able make it back again one day.

Best place around! Food is great. Their staff are excited to see you and so helpful. Pictured is the chicken bacon ranch. It’s BYOB if you wanted to pair drinks with your meal. I always go on lunch so haven’t taken advantage of this yet. They have a huge indoor seating section on their second floor that’s pretty cool too.
Parking: Paid street parking!

My father who is from Montreal, Quebec, Canada raised me up as a young boy (around 11 yo) on what one of the French delicacies are in Canada called poutine. As the years have gone by (now 44yo) I have grown to love this French delicacy... but then we moved to Pennsylvania and my father was sad that no one here in the Lehigh Valley makes it.... until 1 day I came across these guys at an event and was shocked that all they mostly serve is this awesome French delicacy. I immediately called my father up to tell him that I scoped this place out and that they are exactly the same kind that I grew up eating. This place WOULD ABSOLUTELY PASS my father's standards of what "real" poutine is! Great Job Flying V!!!

I'm not even kidding when I say that their parmesan truffle fries are a religious experience. I plan events around the ability to go here. The atmosphere is unparalleled even when there's not live music, the staff are super friendly and quick, and I really cannot stress enough how good the food is. Please do yourself a favor and eat at Flying V.
Vegetarian options: Several vegetarian options as well as custom bowls. Vegan poutine available as well.
