The smoked meat poutine was pretty, pretty, pretty good.
Want to give a shout to Greg for the amazing Customer service that was presented, it was me and my wife first time coming from NYC and he was Cool, Calm and collective. We can tell he’s a natural with customer service but more important his passion and commitment to the business and to receive a great customer experience. Appreciate you Greg and the Food is amazing! … Andrew was awesome Sauce as well!
Yooooo. We just walked out and I already have to leave a wordy review. Service was kind and accommodating. Kitchen staff wanted to know if we enjoyed everything as first-timers - which we did. But the food… That vegan poutine! Perfection! I’ve had poutine from Montreal to Toronto and this contends with the best of them. The gravy is light but fragrant and herby (rosemary, yum). I got it on the side because I usually don’t like mushroom, so I was nervous, lol. But I ended up pouring it all on. If you like a more ‘whole food’ or natural approach to your vegan dishes, this one is creative and hits the mark. The cashew cheese curds are honestly what sold me on choosing to come here. Bravo for going that route. It complements the dish exactly how it’s meant to: a creamy, cheesy bite, with no extra processed garbage or crazy/weird taste. And we love us some (micro)greens. They delivered on the extra crispy fries, too. Left feeling full with a “small”. Would definitely get this again! Especially if they opt for any future varieties on the cashew curds, like a smoky chipotle, or other fun vegan-friendly toppings like caramelized onion or bacon bits (which are usually just TVP). I’d love to see a couple extra vegan options since this one was so great, but this one alone is worth going back for. You’re doin’ it right!! Happy vegan, here. :)
Was visiting my older son today who lives in the Lehigh Valley area(I’m from NY) & saw this gem as we were passing through town. He’s never had Pountine so I suggested we give it a shot. Friendly service from the moment we walked in until the time we left. One of the employees even took the time to share the store’s origin story with me which was great. I’m a big hockey fan so the atmosphere was top notch to me. Food was absolutely amazing. Great flavors, filling & aesthetically pleasing. Looking forward to swinging through next time I’m in town!
Good variety of poutine. Very tasty!
The guy taking the orders was very rude. I ordered The Buffalo and didn't realize it came with ranch standard until after I ordered and paid. I went back in not even 1 minutes later to see if I could have blue cheese instead and he rolled his eyes and said let me see if they made it yet with an attitude.
Then we were sitting outside and he pounded on the window to tell us our order was ready. My partner came back and realized we only had one fork so he went and asked for a fork and the guy gave him attitude saying that he already gave us two. Why would we lie about a plastic fork?
Anyways, on to the food. Mine was terrible. The chicken on the Buffalo was completely cold and had a thick layer or scallions with barely any blue cheese. I took a few bites and it was so awful that I didn't even eat it. Worst Poutine I've ever had.
What a fun find so far from Canada! Excellent poutine options. Fantastic staff. If I ever find myself that way again, I'll be sure to stop in again.
They only sell Canada’s national dish, the poutine: fries topped with cheese curds and gravy. They offer toppings like brisket and even a vegan version. Personally, I wish the fries were crispier and the cheese curds had some squeak left in them. But I’ve never liked poutine, even at the famous spots in Toronto and Montreal. Pretty good for the price.
First time ever having poutine and I get the hype. Great fries, great sauce, seasonal drinks on rotation weekly. Great place to stop in while downtown.
The poutine was amazing. I had the short ribs over poutine. I highly recommend it. I had the small size. The portion was very generous.

This was my first poutine experience and couldn't have asked for a better one! The staff is so friendly, the food is affordable, and the smalls are HUGE! There are various fun poutine bowl options to choose from and all of them sound so yummy! The atmosphere of the restraunt is also amazing, unique, and clean! I honestly have zero complaints!

Vegetarian options: My friend who does not eat meat, had the Vegan Poutine with the delicious mushroom gravy and it was out of this world, even better than my classic Poutine which I loved from my time I spent living in Montreal, The wonderful owner also let me have one of her Quebec license plate as a souvenir, I love this place, I want to try every one on the menu, Merci beaucoup Flying V for bringing authentic Canadian delicacy to Pennsylvania.

This is the perfect place for yummy comfort food on a cold evening! My friends and I met here and truly enjoyed the food (every last bite of cheese curd and gravy!) and the relaxed atmosphere.

Super tasty poutine with rich gravy, and other than not being in a pan seems very authentic and similar to what I've experienced
Build your own or get one of many preselected options. Look for the specials on the wall too.
Recommend getting the small size unless you're really hungry - it fills you up more than you realize.
Great clean bathrooms too.
Their lemonade is really good too, not too sweet and pairs well.
Parking: We drove forever to get parking, and the machines are touch and go as is the app, but there is a good sized lot right next door
