Yooooo. We just walked out and I already have to leave a wordy review. Service was kind and accommodating. Kitchen staff wanted to know if we enjoyed everything as first-timers - which we did. But the food… That vegan poutine! Perfection! I’ve had poutine from Montreal to Toronto and this contends with the best of them. The gravy is light but fragrant and herby (rosemary, yum). Was visiting my older son today who lives in the Lehigh Valley area(I’m from NY) & saw this gem as we were passing through town. He’s never had Pountine so I suggested we give it a shot. Friendly service from the moment we walked in until the time we left. One of the employees even took the time to share the store’s origin story with me which was great.
