The waitress was wonderful making sure all my kids had non stop dippers of their favorites!

Went here to treat myself and try fondue for the first time. I had such a wonderful dining experience. I had the 4 course menu with bacon and Brie cheese fondue to start, my choice of a salad, the coq au vin entree, and chocolate fondue to end it off. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The service, the food, the ambiance, the value, ALL 5 stars ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We've been here a few times and we always have a great experience. Food quality is excellent. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Cocktails are great, especially the dessert ones. Definitely the perfect place to celebrate a special occassion. We look foward to our next time there!

The Melting Pot is my favorite special occasion restaurant! It's a lot of food, but absolutely worth it. Their drinks are also amazing. You won't be disappointed. 😊

This was such a wonderful experience. I took my boyfriend as a birthday dinner surprise. They did everything I asked for such as the roses on the table, candles, and a couples booth. It was beautiful! The service was awesome as well. They took good care of us. Highly recommend.

Simply put...terrible. It took almost an hour to get drinks to start. Our waiter was slow and very forgetful. The first course he added too much wine to the pot and then made a big mess as he sloppily tried to mix the cheese. The cheese tasted awful! The third course, the chocolate was so disappointing-there was not enough for 4 people. There wasn't enough chocolate for half of the treats they brought, but we didn't dare ask for more bec we had already spent too much time there! My son has eaten at other Melting Pots and said that he's never experienced bad service or bad food like we had here! We felt like hostages waiting for the check at the end!

We came in with a party of 6 top celebrate a Graduation. This was my husband and I first time there. The Graduate wanted to go there. Needless to say, it was not what we expected. The table behind us has 3 SCREAMING kids for hours! We couldn't even talk! I am appalled at the number of complaints from the patrons they didn't ask them to leave. There was NO break for hours! It made it an extremely unpleasant situation for someone paying $500 for a meal. Our waitress was pleasant but very slow. Not sure if she was new. We had to ask several times for silverware, drinks, etc... Needless to say, we will not be returning to your establishment even though the concept is a cool one we never experienced before. After numerous times complaining we were not compensated at all for the constant disruption. I have never been so aggravated spending $500 on a meal in my life. I walked out of there with a splitting headache and disappointment. I personally owed a restaurant and would have NEVER allowed this to disrupt the whole restaurant. Several patrons asked to move. Had we been alone I would have walked out! Do better Melting Pot!

This was our first time dining at the melting pot and everything from the service to the taste of the food was outstanding. We will absolutely be back.

Since the one near me closed haven't been to a melting pot in a while and toss was worth it. Everyone was so nice and the food was great. Can't wait to go again

The food was top quality, the service was fantastic - very attentive and very personable. A very active place, but the atmosphere remained chill and relaxing.

The food was great, service was wonderful, and loved the special touches for my daughter's birthday!

Birthday dinner with friends, they gave the birthday girl a card signed by the staff and a cute alittle plate that had happy birthday written in chocolate for dessert. They were very accommodating as well, everyone (birthday girl included have) have very specific food preferences and restrictions for different reasons per person and the waiter was completely understanding and patient with us as a group even with the specific requirements and how indecisive we were. Overall great time and birthday girl was very happy
