It was a wonderful experience. Our server was amazing, I feel bad that I cannot remember her name, but she was great and everything was good. My sister had a great time, we really enjoyed ourselves and the accommodations based on allergies, etc was awesome. Will go back again! Thank you!

Both the food and atmosphere are fantastic! We went for a girls night and our server, Lia, was extremely attentive to our table and very friendly.

We have been to the Melting Pot more than 50 times over the years for special occasions and just for a night of fun! The new owners are wonderful, and are really creating an amazing atmosphere with new drink availability and new concepts. Last evening, our seat was at a booth near the bar, and our sever was also acting as a bartender for most of our experience. When requesting more dippers or waiting for our order to be taken, she seemed to be consumed with helping at the hostess stand or making drinks. Unfortunately, while the cheese was delicious, we decided to surpass the chocolate as the experience was not the experience we normally enjoy.

Went here to treat myself and try fondue for the first time. I had such a wonderful dining experience. I had the 4 course menu with bacon and Brie cheese fondue to start, my choice of a salad, the coq au vin entree, and chocolate fondue to end it off. Everything was amazing from start to finish. The service, the food, the ambiance, the value, ALL 5 stars ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We've been here a few times and we always have a great experience. Food quality is excellent. Staff is always friendly and attentive. Cocktails are great, especially the dessert ones. Definitely the perfect place to celebrate a special occassion. We look foward to our next time there!

The Melting Pot is my favorite special occasion restaurant! It's a lot of food, but absolutely worth it. Their drinks are also amazing. You won't be disappointed. 😊

This was such a wonderful experience. I took my boyfriend as a birthday dinner surprise. They did everything I asked for such as the roses on the table, candles, and a couples booth. It was beautiful! The service was awesome as well. They took good care of us. Highly recommend.

Simply put...terrible. It took almost an hour to get drinks to start. Our waiter was slow and very forgetful. The first course he added too much wine to the pot and then made a big mess as he sloppily tried to mix the cheese. The cheese tasted awful! The third course, the chocolate was so disappointing-there was not enough for 4 people. There wasn't enough chocolate for half of the treats they brought, but we didn't dare ask for more bec we had already spent too much time there! My son has eaten at other Melting Pots and said that he's never experienced bad service or bad food like we had here! We felt like hostages waiting for the check at the end!
