Was alone in town on a business trip. Found the mint and was pleasantly surprised how delicious it was. Would definitely go back.

Craig the bartender, drinks and beer selection are an A++Food is inedible. Seriously. They were out of half of the appetizers the day we were there. The appetizers we did order were AWFUL. This used to be my favorite place. New owners have ruined it. It's so sad.

There were many food options for just about every person's food preferences & aversions. I had the falafel gyro with sweet potato fries - delish! My boyfriend had the shrimp po boy - delish! There were a lot of draft beer options outside of the typical boring Miller Lite, etc. Our server was fantastic & super friendly. We will definitely come back again!

I saw a live alligator in the bathroom here! Scared the shit out of me ! Literally ..... andddd The cock tails were spicy and sweet! Nice treat ! They had garden gnomes everywhere in this cozy lil shack

Excellent location. Very fun. Set inside an older, reconfigured bank, the layout is cool yet familiar. They even have the vault open for viewing. The food was great. Came out fast, very flavorful, and had a few vegan and vegetarian options. The server was super friendly and helpful. The owner checked on us while we were eating. Highly recommended to stop in and give them a try. It's definitely a local gem. The tots were excellent! The vegan/vegetarian options are more than just a salad which is always good to see.Vegetarian options: Had a few good options that weren't just salad.

Amazing experience, the server was very sweet and helpful. The food was surprisingly good, tasted all fresh and well made. The music and the ambience was perfect for a Sunday dinner. I will definitely come back.

Their menu has labeled vegan options, and the option to add marinated tofu to anything. We enjoyed mixed drinks, hummus, ramen and the Asian salad. Our only complaints were the service was slow the evening we went, and the Asian salad was not super filling. Curious to return and try the Mac and Cheese!

Great place .. outdoor patio seating also food was good . Drinks were just ok but food & atmosphere made up for poorly made drinks…

If you're on the north side of Bethlehem, the mint is a "must!" Cool vibe, good food oh, and drinks.

Lived in Bethlehem for a few years now and have heard amazing things about The Mint. All my expectation were met last night! Friendly staff, amazing food and cozy ambiance! Great beer and wine selection, along with tasty cocktails. We started our night with a few beers to honor the happy hour. Followed by a few appetizers. We order the onion ring tower, cheesesteak egg rolls, sweet chili calamari and loaded nachos. Each item had a dip or sauce that complicated the dish perfectly. So excited to come again and try an entree!

Food was good. Way to busy for me, service was slow (the price of success I guess). I would recommend but make sure you block enough time.

Been excited to try the mint, but it was so disappointing. We had a reservations, waited 15 minutes to be sat, no big deal i get it they're busy. Once sat, we waited 45 minutes for a sever to come to us. We were just about to leave when the server finally came. Our entrees came out first and our appetizer came last. To top it all off I had raw chicken in my pasta, which was room temp. All this and still didn't hear from the manager once. Server said they were short staffed and very busy, so shame on the manager for continuing to seat guests knowing they will have awful service. 1 star is for the atmosphere cause it is a cute place but honestly my experience was comical and I would never go back lol

Absolutely horrible ! We waited 20 mins for drinks . My drink was so nasty it tasted like vomit . We then ordered appetizers. They took almost an hour to come out and they were nasty . The crab dip was filled with shells and huge poorly diced onions . The cheese was burned on top . The cheese steak egg rolls were soggy and gross . The dipping sauce was sweet . I didn't say a word to the waitress . Not her fault and I hate to complain . I just asked for our check and left . We went to dinner somewhere else . Sadly the atmosphere was amazing but the food was horrid .

It is super cute inside. It was an old bank and the dining room area is near the windows which are cute. It is dark inside but has a wonderful date night vibe to it. The food and drinks were amazing. We got the truffle Mac and cheese which we both loved! Can't eat much of it so recommend splitting it. The falafel tacos were our favorite and filling. We also split the salmon sliders which came with a side, they were yummy but the other two dishes were better. We definitely would come back for a date night or with friends. I got the bee mix drink which tasted like grapefruit and was a nice semi-sweet.
