Tre Scalini is a great Italian spot in Bethlehem! The food was amazing we had grilled octopus, mushroom ravioli and brought our own red wine. Overall great service and atmosphere. It is a quaint place to get dinner and the price point is reasonable

We just had the pleasure of dining at Tre Scalini for the first time. Everything was fantastic. We had the arugula salad and the octopus for appetizers. The olive oil on the salad as well as the grilled bread started the meal. The octopus was like a steak and so tender. We had the cod special with spinach and blistered tomatoes. Delicious. The pappardelle pasta with browned mushroom was the bomb. The pasta was cooked perfectly. A nice bite. Mushrooms and truffle cream sauce made the dish perfect. We had the pistachio cake and coffee. The cake was light and creamy. We haven’t had restaurant coffee that tasted so good. Our waitress was wonderful and informative. We weren’t rushed. This was one of the best meals out that we have had in a long time. Highly recommend. Thank you. We will be back.

We made reservations here for our 10th wedding anniversary. It is absolutely wonderful. They have a parking lot behind the restaurant with many spaces. We were seated right away to our table. It was quiet, with plenty of time to talk and enjoy our meal. I ordered the Bolognese and my husband ordered ziti. Hands down the best Bolognese I ever had in my life. He really enjoyed his pasta as well. We weren't rushed out, and had a great waitress. 10/10 We are making another reservation for his birthday. It is a wonderful restaurant with great ambience and delicious food. I highly recommend making a reservation, you won't be disappointed.

Just had an amazing dinner at Tre scalini. Amazing grilled octopus, the wild mushroom ravioli is a top 5 Italian dish I’ve ever had, the steak was equally great. Also, byo means you can bring a fabulous bottle to match up with your great food. Will definitely be back.

We waited 10 minutes outside before being seated, another 10 before being offered water. As much as we were looking forward to authentic Italian food, we were unimpressed. We had the octopus which tasted like char, not barbecued. The sourdough was good. The main dish that my husband wanted was sold out. We then waited another hour or more before receiving our main course. The three different meals that we ordered were good but not exceptional, as expected. We did not order deserts or anything else and the meal was over $115, not including tip. I have no problem paying more for my meal when its worth it. This was not. We will not be returning.

For years, Tres Scalini has offered a consistently delightful, authentic, and enjoyable dining experience. A touch of Europe in the Valley. If you have not had the pleasure, do yourself a favor and book a reservation. The arugula salad is my favorite appetizer. My husband' s is the barbecued octopus. The seafood tastes like it just came off a boat. We had not dined there recently, but just returned for a special celebration and were thrilled to find that the food, atmospheres, and service were as exceptional as always.
Run, don't walk to this restaurant. The chef and service are top notch. The food is beyond excellent. If I could, I'd eat there EVERY night. I'm extremely picky when it comes to italian food. Better than five star.
