Took 27 minutes to get a smoothie and yet another inedible frozen brick of chia oatmeal.

Employees seemed disorganized or new. Didn't know the quesadilla comes with salsa, told me they don't have salsa, before one of them found it. Sweet potatoes were burnt.

The foods great and the smoothies are even better !

This was my first time here and i will say the smoothies are amazing i CANNOT say the same for the customer service, its not a very welcoming atmosphere.

We are from out of town and was looking for a quick wake me up meal. We had a fantastic experience at Tropical Smoothie! The flatbreads were incredibly soft, and the portion sizes were very generous. The açaí bowl was the perfect refreshing treat. Highly recommend! For two flatbreads and an açaí bowl we spent less than $30

They support healthcare workers So I will not be supporting this business anymore. Doctors and nurses Hurt people constantly because of lack of care. As someone who is chronically ill and went to many doctors and has been abused by so many doctors, we need to stop supporting healthcare workers when most of them don’t even take their job seriously and don’t care if they end up hurting people With their laziness

Ordered from here through Uber for the first time, my Uber driver forgot my smoothie, now mind you it was NOT the stores mistake but they gave me a thing for me to get an item for free for next time! Thank you so much. And it's super delicious 😋 definitely a get again. Much appreciated guys! Y'all didn't have to do that beings it wasn't a mistake on your end but I definitely appreciate it

Sweetest thing just occurred at this location. I brought my son in with me to get my smoothie and the gentleman that made it poured out the rest for my son into a kid cup(full). Thank you so much! Such a kind thing!

First order, thru Door Dash. Delicious, HOT!!! Wrap needed more grilling, more black beans, chicken pieces a little bigger, but soooo yummy! Fast and on time! Thanks!! Will order again!
