So my wife and I got two boneless spare rib platters and a side of sweet and sour chicken it was one if not the worst chinese food ive ever got! The ribs looked and tasted like they were from 3 days ago, so dry, and hard. The rice was eh and the chicken was soggy if you can even call it chicken. Went there a few months ago and it was bad so we figured we give it another try, never again! Ruby cafe seems to be the best spot for chinese food.

Tung Hing is a take-out only Chinese restaurant located in the Stefko Blvd. Shopping Center. The menu, prices, and food quality are comparable to every other average Chinese take-out spot.
I’ve been to Tung Hing several times since I moved to Bethlehem, and was never disappointed. The food is decent, and it’s always ready within ten minutes.
