They allowed us to come in early, and the food and ambiance were wonderful. The fries and soup dumplings weren't great, but everything else we ordered was wonderful. Everyone left happy!
What a great meal! Server was amazing and everything we ordered came out in a timely manner and was delicious. One of our favorite restaurants in the Valley.
Great food as always. Menu constantly updated with great choices. Small plates are convenient for trying different dishes

I had parked in a pay per park public parking lot. I got a voucher to keep track of my time. When I was in the restaurant, the voucher fell out of my pocket while I was fumbling in my pockets for this that or the other thing. When I got to the meter to pay for my time in the parking lot, I realized I didn't have it we called twisted Olive and to their credit, their weight staff and or bus staff found the voucher and turned it in. I was able to go back and get it. And pay what was due for my Parking not the lost ticket equals eight hours. Kudos Olive Garden.
Was in town visiting Lehigh Univ. Selected this restaurant after seeing positive reviews and looking over the menu. This is a great gastropub. Food and drinks are creative and service is excellent. Busy place with a modest amount of seating so make sure to make reservations. Very popular even on a weds night. Strongly recommend this restaurant if you are in town.
My wife and I were in Bethlehem for a long weekend and took the opportunity to have a meal at the Twisted Olive. Although I am getting the name right in this review, for some reason I could not initially remember the name of the place, I was calling it the toasted marshmallow for some reason. However after eating there and experiencing such an amazing atmosphere that only got better with the kind and considerate staff, including Veronica, Brie, Natalie and our simply amazing server Alex, I think I will always get the name right.
Alex was so attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. My wife is Celiac so we have to be very careful with what and where she eats. Alex was all over it, recommending various dishes and even some gluten free deserts, which were amazing. Thats a treat my wife rarely gets when dining out. Alex was very knowledgeable and truely cared that our meal was safe and enjoyable. Alex made our experience one worth remembering. It is not often you meet people like her, her parents must be proud, she is an amazing young woman who is kind, considerate and funny.

My boyfriend David and I love the food, especially steak on a stone. Our server Alex is exceptional! Besides her attentiveness, she brings such an energy, a charm and a positive spirit that just makes you want to keep coming back!

Excellent. We took a chance w no reservation & got lucky. Nick was our server & did well.
The apps we had was the cream of crab soup ( 10 stars ) & the shanks with a cream sauce, I think a Gorgonzola. Both were delicious. Dinner was the calamaretti . Chef was gracious in skipping the shrimp ( allergies ). Drinks were top notch ( thanx Nick ). Took dessert home bc we couldn’t finish the meals as they were big.

What a gem this place is. First of all, the service is exceptional. The drinks and their funky cocktails were amazing...especially the fig and fennel infused bourbon old fashioned. The food...WOW! The onion soup dumplings and short rib ravioli are to die for.
