Highly enjoyed our meal here for Restaurant week! It was exciting to try fried conch, only reserved for restaurant week, and to have our steak served on a cooking stone was really cool! The desserts were also to die for. My only regret is we didn't have a third person to be able to try the pistachio cake!
We showed a bit early and found ourselves in the way while we tried to attract the atenetion of the bar tender in an failed attempt to order a drink. Once seated, we were sat at the table nearest the door which was quite cold when customers came in went. We were offered the “Resturant Week” menu, which contained good options and very large portions. The wine list was a bit abrevisted, but was able to find something. All in all the food was good, just not special.
Winter Restaurant Week 2026. $20 for three course meal including salad or soup, main course and dessert. Fantastic value, food choices, service. Everything was wonderful. Was my first time at the restaurant. I will definitely be going back. Our server (wish I could remember her name) was so friendly & knowledgeable about white wines. She was very helpful to my daughter when order her Pinot Grigio. Highly recommend this restaurant.
Everything was wonderful, including the food, service and overall value. Certainly will make a return visit.
Twisted Olive never disappoints. The food was excellent, drinks were delicious and that limoncello cake!!!!!! Our waitress, Sydney, was so attentive and accommodating amid a full house. Bravo 👏🏻
We had a great restaurant week experience! Our server Malik was awesome and the food and drinks were too! It was worth the trek out on an extremely cold and snowy night!
Consistently delicious food! Excellent service! I had the specialty kale salad with salmon-perfect! Two at our table had the crab cake, very good! One had the olives stuffed with chorizo- very good!
Excellent as always! Corner table in the dining room was a great location. Pasta Carbonara special was delicious.
Had dinner last night. The appetizers were excellent but the real star of the night was our server Veronica. She was hands down the best and I would personally ask for her. She really listens to her customers. She knew right away that I might not enjoy something just by conversation and made sure it was adjusted for perfection. She was extremely attentive and never had us waiting for anything. She was friendly and just a joy to have as our server. It was a great evening!!
Food was fantastic as usual! Can truly say I've never had a bad meal here. Plus, their appetizers are the best; Grilled Octopus being my favorite. Service was also great! Highly recommend!!!

They were out of the lamb, but the al pastor tacos instead were delicious! My husband's rib eye was huge and cooked as requested. We thought this was a great restaurant choice for our first time in Bethlehem!
great waitress and food good as usual. It was packed so is was a little noisy but on New Years eve only to be expected. Our favorite restaurant in Bethlehem.
We loved the food, our server was wonderful! Didn't love that our table was right by the bar, so close that people at the bar crowded us some.
this is a treat .all the food is well thought out and paired well with beverages.
