Urbano has a nice vibe. My Paloma drinks were inconsistent. First was great, second was totally different and bitter. The waitress could not set a cocktail napkin on the table because the overheard air unit kept blowing it away. She asked if I would like the fan turned down and I said yes, only to return to our table saying they can't do that. My husband ordered the chicken enchiladas and asked if it came with a side - server said no, the burrito doesn't come with any...
We had the most amazing time on Tuesday evening. We sat on the tequila tasting bar side and had THE BEST experience with the waitstaff/bartender that evening. He was so knowledgeable and anticipated our needs. Additionally, the general manager also checked in to make certain we were having a great dining experience.
Nice atmosphere, service was delayed, missed the guacamole item requested as an appetizer, but since the dinner portion was plentiful I'm glad u didn't have the appetizer. Food was good.
