When I was in the are for a wedding, realized Vegan Treats was nearby. Have had their deserts in coffee shops in Philly and have ordered their treats for Halloween and Christmas before. The shop itself was super impressive. My wife was excited for swirled soft serve. We got a ton of items the first time but they were so good we went back. Both times there was a bit of a line but 100% understand why.

I was incredibly excited to have a work training in Bethlehem a few weeks ago because that meant VEGAN TREATS for the first time!!! How many of us remember what it is like to walk into a bakery and be able to eat EVERYTHING there š¢ it was a moment when I walked in. So, I couldnāt get as much as I wanted because it is pricey (can you blame them though, each piece is a work of art!) so I got three things. One was on me for not liking it because I donāt like anything ācream cheeseā tasting/based anyway, but I can tell it was well-made. The vanilla cake I got was good (icing) but a bit dry, did not finish it. The chocolate brownie-fudge type cake I got though was THE BOMB and I only ate it in small pieces just to savor itšI hope to find some reason to be out there again to get some more goodies, and Iām kicking myself for not getting any of the soft serve.
Edit to Add: I got two custom made cakes from them - carrot & chocolate - and they hit it out of the park. Their vegan eggs & butterfingers are scrumptious!!! I think the cake quality has also improved.

Years ago, I had Vegan Treats at other restaurants and cafes and I really liked their stuff back then. Unfortunately, recently I placed an order for a few of their chocolate/treat boxes and I am so disappointed and feel ripped off.
The boxes are ludicrously overpriced for the quality and especially quantity. I should have read the listings more carefully and given it a bit more thought before pulling the trigger, but I was just excited to get some treats from them. The experience at the bakery itself might be great, but shopping from them online feels so overpriced as to be a bit scammy tbh.

I ordered the āFatally Yours Heart Chocolate Boxā for my wife as a special Valentineās Day surprise, but unfortunately, the experience was anything but sweet. When the package arrived, the chocolates were partially meltedāan expensive $99 disappointment.
I reached out to customer service, expecting at least some level of understanding, but was met with a blunt ātough luckā response: āOn our product description, we do note that for perishables,Ā one-day or two-day shipping must be selectedĀ to help ensure they arrive safely. Unfortunately, ground shipping, which takes more than two days, increases the risk of melting, and we include this warning to help prevent situations like this. We completely understand your frustration, and we truly wish they had arrived perfectly for you. Please let us know if thereās anything else we can do, and we really appreciate your support!ā
Essentially, no sympathy, no offer to make it rightājust a policy quote and a shrug.
I understand shipping policies, but when a company sells a premium edible product, they should take more responsibility for its arrival conditionāor at the very least, communicate these risks more clearly at checkout. Instead, I was left with melted chocolate, an unfixable Valentineās Day letdown, and a frustrating customer service experience.
For the price and lack of care, I canāt recommend this product. Buyer beware!

The best vegan bakery, period. Amazing, delicious donuts, danish, cannoli, cake, cookies, sometimes candy, and more! We live about two hours away and will make this trip for birthday cakes or simply just because weāre craving it! All vegan, plus gluten free options.
If I could give Vegan Treats more stars I would! We popped in for my birthday cake and got the most delicious chocolate strawberry tart and the cutest, coziest hoodie! (Not pictured: a cookies and cream donut the size of my face that we practically inhaled)

We stopped by today (Friday, Jan 31st) around 4:30pm. Both employees working the counter were super helpful and nice. Usually whoever is working doesn't really interact or give suggestions, but these two employees did and it was awesome and very helpful. We purchased some pastries, donuts, a peanut butter bomb and ice cream. All to go. We did wish there were more donuts available. Thank you again to the two employees who made our experience much better than usual!

We got married in October, and since none of the preferred cake vendors at our venue could accommodate a gluten-free and vegan cake, we turned to Vegan Treatsāand Iām so glad we did! From start to finish, the experience was wonderful. The staff was professional, communication was seamless, and the cake design far exceeded my expectations. We werenāt entirely sure what we wanted for the design, so we shared a pattern from the flowers on my dress and asked them to use it as inspiration. The result was absolutely stunningābetter than I could have ever imagined! On top of that, they delivered the cake directly to our venue, which was such a huge help. I canāt recommend them highly enough!
