OMGosh. A new fav. I can't believe it took so long to finally make it to VegOut and I'm kicking myself for it. Sundays are Grab and Go only, no kitchen menu, for which at first I was disappointed. But the options available were nothing to be lacking. I'm not sure what the loaded biscuits were called but we tried one of each and all of them were amazing! Their menu looks outstanding and varied; I will definitely be returning!

We stopped at VegOut Bethlehem to try some of their menu items. I have been following them on Facebook for a while and their food always looks good. Now no one in my group is vegan or vegetarian but we love trying new things.

Veg Out Bethlehem is a small place located on a corner in what appeared to be a historical section of town. They're located at 1 E Church St, Bethlehem, PA 18018.

If you only get one thing, get the Mac and cheese. It seems to be made with a tofu-type of ricotta, but I could be wrong. It feels really substantial, and not greasy at all! The breading seems like the breading on nuggies. At first, I thought there was a chick’n patty on top. It’s a great feature. All the toppings complimented it wonderfully (we got jalapeño ranch). The entire takeaway box was packed with Mac. We easily got 4 servings out of it. Massive! The tofu Reuben...
