Wonderful experience today at this nice new family run establishment. Jose made me excellent nachos both chicken and beef. While I waited had a Jarrito’s Guava snd chatted with the nice staff. Highly recommend food was delish!!
Tasty tacos and empanadas. Guacamole is goooooood. Prices are super reasonable. Good-sized portions. Presentation is carefully executed. The gentleman who was cooking and behind the counter (owner?) is a very humble, nice man. Can't wait to go back!

I visited Viva when they first opened in November 2017. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I really enjoyed the pastries and cappuccino.
