I ordered grits, and cashier did not alert me my food was ready, I had to stand up and walk to register, and my food was just sitting in bag, and she gave me wrong price for grits, and it had no cheese. SMH...

I've never been much of a fan of waffles in restaurants, because they're too thick and dry. But these waffles were the best I've ever had. They were fluffy and moist. The butter was soft and whipped. The syrup wasn't too sweet. The hash browns were delicious. I was also very happy that the orange juice was bottled and no pulp. The prices were decent, and the staff was so nice. I can't wait to go back! Too bad there aren't any closer. We had to drive for over an hour, but it was totally worth it. Just know that there isn't a ton of seating, so you may have to wait, especially with parties larger than 3. But we only waited a few minutes in their waiting area, which has plenty of seats, and got a chance to look over the menu. But you can also sit at the counter if wanted. I would recommend Waffle House to anyone, and I don't usually recommend chain restaurants unless they have a special quality. I can see why people love their waffles. I could've eaten another without issue.

Man idk if it was me or just got it on the wrong day but the food was horrible. Was plain and got me sick. I rode from New York on my motorcycle and ate a small portion due to the taste. I ended up being sick to my stomach. Not a good experience. Won’t go back. Again could be just got it in the wrong day or just me not bashing the service but that good got me sick as a dog. I liked twice and went to sit in the toilet within 30 minutes after eating just a few bites. First and last time for me.

Nice place Josh was awesome welcome us in & attended us with great care . Friendly & alert on all tables and costumer . The atmosphere I put 3 stars because it was way to cold in there ac works for sure :)! If he wasn’t a supervisor he should be get that man a raise !
I stopped here a couple of weeks ago. I’m from NJ and I was in PA for the NASCAR race at Pocono. Waffle House is one of my favorite places, and since we don’t have them in NJ I always try to stop at one when I am away. This was the best location I’ve been too. The food and service was excellent. Josh served me and my friend and he was very friendly and gave the best service you could ask for. The other employees there were very friendly as well, and all said they hope to see me and my friend next year. I will definitely be back at this location again, whether it’s for the race next year or if I’m just in the area. Couldn’t have asked for better service
