I ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and when I look at it and taste it I didn't have any bacon in it and no ranch it was pretty much chicken and cheese quesadilla and I'm not happy cause it's not what I ordered

Update: speakers for the gas pump ads went on. :) Sorry, but my attention is mine, not yours, Wawa.
On the scale of Wawas :) it's nice, new, bright, sometimes a bit slow on service, but basically good. Just keep those god-awful speakers for the gas pump ads turned down and we're all good. :)

Last night i ordered fries, they arrived and for probably the 10th time i was sent fries that are inedible and harder than a rock. I am beyond disappointed considering this was around 3 in the morning, and the business was most likely very slow. These employees only had one job and that was to serve me fries that i can eat. I don’t understand why they would bag fries that they could see and feel were too hard and send that out to someone, its sooo disprespectful. im so sick of ordering from this place. the service is HORRIBLE after 10 pm. Always

Avoid this place for food - entirely disorganized and understaffed. Mobile orders sit and wait to be ready for pickup. I don’t think 15 minutes after the estimated time is close enough to estimated. If you ask where the order is, it’s just “we’re working on it.” No, it’s done, I see it sitting there, put it together and hand it to me and finish the job. And that’s not even mentioning they entirely forgot a sandwich on the order the previous visit. I’m sure I’ll still stop for gas, but as for food, I’m done.

They put $40 on the wrong gas pump someone came and used it by the time I got back through the line to tell them that they said it was my problem and I was out $40 and this was the manager speaking to me face to face the manager literally said try and chase after them after they were gone

My new job is on the route of this store. I transport 8 people and we stop there, but we are disappointed with the service. They are extremely slow compared to other Wawas, and adding that what is in the system like soups, is not prepared in their kitchen. We ordered 3 soups and they don't have it, only one of the 3 that are in the system. This has been happening to us for over a week now. Every day the wait is too long the employees in the kitchen are very slow.
I ordered two separate orders within an hour on DoorDash. First order I got all my food and no drinks, fine I submitted the thing through DoorDash got my money back, place the order again for the same drinks and then just add two food items just to beef up the order and literally did not get the drinks on the second order either. I genuinely do not understand how you just do not include the drinks with the order. Both times the dasher told me there was no drinks with my order bag. It’s not the first time I have had missing items in orders from this specific location either. Do better.

I only went here to use the no surcharge ATM. It worked great. This location has two hosted by PNC side by side. Got quick 💸 with no service fee. 🙏🙏🙏
