Second time I go to this wawa and buy a milkshake and the person supposed to make them is working the coffee station and taking their time. I asked the blond girl who's making shakes and she says she is and turns around and continues doing coffee. I went to The manager for a refund and got no apology just basically ignored. Than she goes to the blond chick to ask what happened and little did she know girlfriend was still standing back their when she heard the manager and the blond girl basically speaking about me. These 2 need more training for customer service cause apparently their skill stink. It's a shame it's a good store and some shitty employees and I will continue spreading the word as to how poor their customer service is.

I travel a lot from work. This is by far the worst wawa I have never been in i've been in there a few times so this is not a one time.I bad experience review very slowThe sandwich was a mess to say to say the least?

I usually only get breakfast here. They have better food than any of the other gas stations. Problem is they never can get it right. I get a Bacon burrito with scrambled eggs and the only thing I change is add hot honey. They usually forget to add it when I order it on the burrito. I ordered that exact thing today BUT today they remembered the hot honey but forgot the Bacon, which I ordered and the little slip confirms, but I got sausage. It wasn't busy. I'm willing to wait a little bit extra if my order is correct

Ordered a quesadilla and it took over 30 mins and when asked if it would be done soon the lady said they skipped the mobile orders and then after she made my food she slammed it on the counter… EXTREMELY rude!

I stopped here for the first time, been to a lot of Wawa's in the past. I won't be coming back to this location. I'm currently standing in line while writing this review. I've been waiting 20 minutes for a turkey wrap, I've waited so long that I felt it was necessary to write a review about it. I could have driven to another Wawa, ordered and eaten by now.

Whoever is preparing the food early in the morning really needs to go. I have gotten the wrong order about four or five times in the last four weeks and I order the same thing all of the time. Same woman all the time on that shift. Everything bagel with regular butter, NOT TOASTED. It’s even on the slip they give me and the person behind the counter. Yet, I always seem to get toasted with barely any butter. This is asinine at this point, mainly because it’s happened more than once. Please start paying attention to the actual orders!!
