Not Mentally Fit
One of my worse experiences ever at this establishment. I order my food on the app/ Ok mobile order. I ordered at 8:14pm and alright shouldn’t take no more then 5 mins just a biggie bag with a double stack. I get there like 2 mins after I order hoping it like almost done, Usually it’s fast. ABSOLUTELY NOT. WAITED 20 mins for my food and when I said no ice in my soda, Sprite peach with NO ICE, THEY STILL GAVE ME ICE and DONT even get me started how it tasted. Water down soda and I dump it out since I don’t like ice in my soda, the soda machine don’t have anything and I go to the front and ask the guy if any soda in the back so I don’t have any water down soda…. THEY HAVE NOTHING. So I paid for a biggie bag that comes with a drink and don’t even get a drink bc they have nothing inside the store, lost it after that, threw my cup away wall out Irritated and had to go across the street to the grocery store and buy a 2 liter sprite instead bc they didn’t wanna warn anyone or anybody that the soda machine is all out soda and only thing to basically get it water. Did not pay just to get water pay to get my drink. Also I order dine in, so I can eat there before I go to work… NO. They threw it in a bag instead of a tray with no napkins cool you know what imma just grab it and eat it inside my car because obviously they don’t have anyone with professional courtesy to tell people no soda, no nothing. So thank you Wendy’s for ruining my day and prolly won’t ever go to this one again.

Needs major improvement to the store to clean it up. Looks unappealing. Dirty. Paper on the floor in the dining area, used glove. A guy passed out on drugs. Dirty dirt store rug in the entry way. Not even busy. This store location makes most McDonald's look good.
Good news as sometimes orders can be made won't. Right on the money for a simple order. Sadly, for a few jbc- 7$ Too much.. That's also any store now with high cost. Either way, the store needs deep cleaning. I can only imagine the kitchen when the food inspector walks through. 👍

Today for the first time I got breakfast and it was the worst I felt like the sandwich was yesterday's leftovers and overcooked it in the microwave the croissant was hard the sausage was rubber hard cheese was hard stuck melted to the bread I normally get lunch for my workers on a daily basis and now they lost me as a customer I would never go again to the store on Broadway in Bethlehem PA

I had ordered here thru UberEats, and the food that I got was ridiculously subpar!!! The “strawberry” lemonade they gave me was DARKKK pink, compared to its usual light pink. It tasted like sad flavored seltzer water you get from a dollar store. Every fry was somehow undercooked yet burnt, and also soggy. I do not know how one manages to mess up the quality of the food THIS bad.
