Foods good but this isnt fast food its slow food minimum 15 minute wait they gotta have one human working the whole joint not only that they never put the food you get with points in your bag and this last run today the kid at the window not only forgot my food handed me a broken cup like through my window and got soda all in my brand new car thanks man never going back to this restaurant again sorry, hit up support on the app they're great!
My friends and I ate there at like 9:40 and parked in their parking lot. Then we went into Southside for a while and left the cars in the parking lot since we didn't see any signage, and were paying customers, so we figured it was fine. We go back to the cars at 11, and they're gone. Towed. Turns out there's a like 14 by 8 inch sign on the other side of the parking lot saying anyone who isn't a paying customer will get towed. The tow place was super shady, didn't give us an address, and just said to call back at 9 am. So we were stranded. "E & N Towing & Recovery" doesn't even have a website or location on Google maps. My friends got the location at 9, went there, and had to wait until 11 to get their cars back, and the ransom for their cars was $475.
So yeah, TLDR, this Wendy's parking lot's signage is incredibly poor, and they are in business with a shady towing company that will steal the cars of PAYING CUSTOMERS, leave them stranded, and charge half a thousand dollars to get them back. Never going here again. Their burgers aren't worth $475
Parking: Don't park in the parking lot there. They'll tow you and charge you $475 as ransom for your car.

It was fine. The food was fresh and hot. They were out of chocolate Frosty so gave me vanilla. They forgot my ketchup and I forgot to check. Their intentions were good.
Dietary restrictions: If you have a picky eater who only wants a giant chicken nugget, you can customize the crispy chicken sandwich by removing the bun, lettuce and mayo.
