Staff took orders then started ignoring everyone in the driveway. This is a repeated thing with this location. Either the food is cold or the service is horrific

Ordered food. About $30.00 worth. Nuggets were cold, burger cold... and missing fries. When we told the man at the window he had an attitude because we wanted our order done correctly. How are you upset when all you had to do was do it correct the first time. 3/8/25@ 12:40am

Completely messed up order, will not be going to Wendy’s anymore. Ordered one thing and I got something completely different. Burger King doesn’t even mess up this bad and Burger King sucks, but at least you get what you order there

50% of the time, you have to go inside or place an order on the app because the machines don't work in the drive-thru. 75% of the time, the food is correct. They do tend to miss items or don't do orders correctly. I guess it all depends who is working and what time of day.

Had a not so great experience here about 6 months ago and wasn't going to return. But I figured I would give them another chance. This particular location is terrible. I blame the ownership and the reason is because it appears that they just own it and have no real connection to the store. I'm sure that corporate wouldn't be very enthusiastic about this location either if they were to visit.
I WILL NOT be returning to this location again like I did this time.

Their system is offline half the time. When it is online, I only have a 1/3rd shot at actually getting my order correct. I have a mild allergy to lettuce and tomato and despite ordering my food without them I get them anyway.
