I don’t usually post reviews on anything as I just don’t care that much especially when it comes to fast food but this is by far the WORST Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. If and when I get Wendy’s I usually got to the one on wood ave in Easton and they’re always great and pleasant and give me plenty of napkins and sauces and it’s always a good experience. Here however I had a late night basketball workout over in the area and was very starving after wards so I figured I’d get some Wendy’s I place a small order on the app and expected to be in and out. No joke there was 3 cars in front of me and it took me 20+ minutes to get my food at 11:30 at night. I don’t know if this is an understaffing issue or the workers r just lazy but the service was stupidly slow once I got to the ordering station I was on hold for at least 5 minutes alone. Then once I finally got to the window I was met with a very unpleasant, and what seemed to be a very overworked employee. Again this is one of the very rare times I’ve ever complained abt fast food ik it’s not supposed to be perfect but this was simply just terrible and I would suggest any other Wendy’s in the area before this one every day of the week and twice on Sunday. The chewy on top is they did indeed forget my sauce but that happens what doesn’t happen is waiting 20+ for fast food when there’s only 3 cars in front of u.

I usually don’t mind and I understand that fast food stores can get really busy. But in this case, it’s ridiculous every time I come here there’s a 35 minute wait. But today I waited an hour and still didn’t get my food

worst experience i have EVER had. i went to pickup doordash for the second time here and tried to get the workers to give me my food so i didn’t have to wait in the drive through for over an hour like the last time. the man refused to help, told me he wasn’t working, while he retied his apron and sat back down. all of this while this workers friends/family sat at the table with him and even came to the door to be rude to me when i was very nice. once i get to the window there are kid workers just sitting there talking clearly not doing their job. someone needs to fix this place the people are so rude it’s disgusting. the least they can do is get orders correct.

Based off of my own experiences and the plenty consistent reviews, I make it an effort not to go to this Wendy’s as to not be disappointed. However, I had a promo code for a free chicken sandwich that I didn’t want to waste.
I was so relieved when I was met with the pleasant, kind customer service given from Jubilee. She was quick to take my order despite the long line in the drive thru- and even greeted with a smile at the pay window.
I can only hope with more workers like Jubilee, this Wendy’s can turn itself around. Food was also hot, and prepared well (for once).

The fact that some employees are so rude and don't even greet/say thank you is mind blowing, coming from someone who was in fast food for over 7 years. They seriously need to bring back actual job interviews instead of hiring 🤡s off the street. Unbelievable.
Sorry, but this is one of the worst Wendy’s around. Their chicken patties don’t even fill the bun. Basically an oversized chicken nugget. Staff was super friendly, though.

I Went through the drive through and was told to wait in the parking lot for my order with my 2 frosty’s that sat there and melted and waited up to 10-15 minutes before I finally went into the building and got my order. I found out that they charged me for 3 burgers instead of the 2 I ordered.

Staff took orders then started ignoring everyone in the driveway. This is a repeated thing with this location. Either the food is cold or the service is horrific

Ordered food. About $30.00 worth. Nuggets were cold, burger cold... and missing fries. When we told the man at the window he had an attitude because we wanted our order done correctly. How are you upset when all you had to do was do it correct the first time. 3/8/25@ 12:40am

Completely messed up order, will not be going to Wendy’s anymore. Ordered one thing and I got something completely different. Burger King doesn’t even mess up this bad and Burger King sucks, but at least you get what you order there
