JUST GOT BACK FROM WENDY’S — WHAT A COMPLETE AND TOTAL DISASTER. I WAITED AT THE FRONT OF THE LINE FOR OVER 30 MINUTES (NOBODY SHOULD EVER WAIT THAT LONG — EVER!), THEN IT TOOK ANOTHER 30+ MINUTES TO GET MY FOOD. WHEN I FINALLY GOT IT, THE ORDER WAS HORRENDOUSLY WRONG — ABSOLUTELY EMBARRASSING. AND TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THE KETCHUP MACHINE WAS BROKEN. SAD! WENDY’S USED TO BE GREAT — FAST, DELICIOUS, THE BEST. NOW? TOTAL MESS. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. HOPEFULLY THEY FIX IT — BECAUSE RIGHT NOW, IT’S A DISASTER. DO BETTER!

Firmly believe this place is a victim of upper management failure. Whoever the manager of that location reports to needs to get fired. should get fired. And has to get fired. The employees were so kind despite obviously running around sweating trying to keep up with demand. I met with the sweetest personalities there and they care about their job.
