Este domingo nos negaron el acceso a wingstop plaza outlet la hostess y el gerente nos pidieron la cartilla de vacunación para mi perro cabe destacar que número uno es plaza pet friendly uno espera una mayor recepción de los perros a los locales, yo nunca pedí que nos dieran mesa adentro ellos tienen mesas afuera y también quiero decir que hace dos o tres meses entramos a comer con otro de mis perros al mismo restaurante. Desafortunadamente la mala experiencia vivida en uno de sus locales hace que la inversión millonaria en la plaza se tire a la basura y que uno no regrese a ningún otro restaurante de la cadena
Aparte, el día de hoy se contacto la gerenta de la sucursal y salió peor me dijo que solo le pedían cartilla a algunos perros por lo cual me sentí inclusive discriminado mi perro es de raza akita americano, acababa de salir de su baño es cachorro de 8 meses que pasa con otros perros les piden hasta su acta de defunción para entrar. en su puerta no dice prohibido entrar con mascotas y recalcó ya comí en otras ocasiones con mis perros en la terraza de la misma sucursal dejo mi CEL 9981268091 y ojalá puedan remediar este problema yo mientras seguiré contando y escribiendo mi mala experiencia para que no le pase a otra persona

I have been waiting on the phone for over 45 minutes and no one is coming to answer it. They only delivered 21 wings instead of 30 and I want some of my money back.

wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

First time I went a few months ago, I ordered boneless wings and waited 45 minutes for them to be done. I figured I’d give it another try today and I ordered a chicken sandwich combo (chicken sandwich fries and a drink) After waiting 20-25 minutes, mind you I was THE ONLY person in the place the girl gave me the bag of food. I walked out and when I got to my car and checked the bag all that was in there was fries and a black takeout container with celery sticks. I went back in and told her they forgot the sandwich, and she said “no it’s in there in the black container” I said no, it’s not and showed her it was just celery. She responded very rudely with “well it’s gonna be another 8 minutes” I don’t know how this place is even in business to be honest. This is by far the worst service I’ve ever received. I’ve seen previous reviews about everyone being high In there and it makes sense. I will not be back here nor do I recommend this place to anyone !! AWFUL
sunny is a great employee. very good with proper food quality and customer support. this guy deserves a raise!!!!!

Honestly never wrote a review, but coming into the store once again to a friendly greeting and good customer service they honestly deserve my rating, food came out very good too

Horrible staff. They gave me the wrong food and said, that's what I ordered. (I KNOW WHAT I SAID AND ORDERED and it wasn'twhat i got) Manager didn't have time to talk to me when I called. This place will be closed soon, their attitude and service is horrible and unacceptable. Avoid this location.
