wings suck & service bad. Will never go back. I use to eat here every Friday. it's fallen off a cliff about 3 years ago. gave them one lore chance and they failed spectacularly.

Do not go to the one in Ann Arbor Michigan, I was waiting for 45 minutes and they told me 15 to 25 while my family got theirs before me, beyond pissed off, thank you for making my first time there awful

I gave this place a try when a new location opened near me, got horrible food. Said okay they are new they are busy. Just ordered again after like a year and it’s even worse. App said it would be an hour, we go to pick up and food is stone cold. Veggies are wrapped in a napkin and sauce all over the inside of the bag! Lancaster, Pa Wingstop is the worst

I ordered 40 wings and two fries with veggies . DoorDash delivered 20 wings and 1 fry. I called WINGSTOP to report the error and called the DoorDash driver ( Mehmet) who refuses to answer. Wingstop refused my refund request and will not schedule another delivery. They told me I could come pickup the missing items . I called corporate and they said they have to investigate. AND MY FOOD IS COLD!!!

Tried to order on Sunday, no orders were being taken. Ordered on Monday and they forgot half our order. Tried to call and it went straight to a full voicemail box. Absolutely worst customer service. Don’t order from the Clayton Wingstop

Ordered 150 boneless wings and was only given 8 sauces. When I called to complain. The manager tried to tell me that fifteen wings can be covered by one container of sauce. I hung up. Also only got two containers of veggies when I was supposed to get six. They put them in a bigger container, making it look like they gave you more when they don't. very disappointed. Wanted to give the west central cheerleaders a great meal before their first away football game and it was completely a bust. Not enough sauce. Not enough ranch.

Just when I thought the last wing stop I went 3 months ago was good, this location out did itself.. The staff was pleasant, professional and most of all patient.. Clean and relaxing environment to go with my food that was presented just as I ordered it!! That’s guys!!

Like three times I ordered a sandwhich (I spaced it out first time I waited ten minutes before arriving then 20 then even 25) and I walk in and it’s still not even dropped into the fryer I wait through my entire 30 minute lunch break just to walk back into work with a sandwhich I can’t even eat…

The fries have gone downhill not sure why they just don’t taste like they used to.

100% love this wingstop, i had a doordash pickup order, staff actually looked happy to be at work, and floors and kitchen were clean. The wings were delicious and packaged perfectly to avoid sauces touching.

Terrible service. Have ordered several times online at this location and they always take 15 to 20 minutes more than the time it says it will be ready.

Tonight I went in to pick up and was told it would be ready in 2 minutes. I proceed to wait 15 minutes, saw them put bags on the to go cart. I waited 5 more minutes until I went to the front counter to ask if they were my bags. I was ignored standing there for another 5 minutes and once she finally acknowledged me standing there she gave me the bags. I asked her why they were just sitting there for so long while I have been sitting in the front waiting for the order.
Instead of an apology the employee gave me attitude and denied stating “they were not”. When explaining that I have been standing staring at the bags she gives me more attitude instead of making anything right. Truly bottom of the barrel.

Good food but the people they have working there are not worth dealing with. Overpriced for the cold food the workers have sit for 20 minutes before they finally serve it to you.

Missing items from order / rude service. it seems like if there's any issues with your order they like to make it your issue. The food was great, but sadly I did not receive items I paid for and was ignored when I asked about them. it's been almost 2 months and I've yet to receive my refund. it's ridiculous the amount of times I've had to call/ go on the wingstop website. Your representatives seem nothing but confused every single time I call.. "you will receive the refund in 4-5 hours" "you should receive it in about 5 days" "Were not supposed to say how long"
